Enjoy this newly built luxurious home that is directly between Targhee & Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. 26 miles from Grand Teton National Park. Laundry, full bathroom, full chef's kitchen, a cozy porch with propane fire pit and gas grill, and next door to a 57 acre park in beautiful Victor, Idaho. We now have fast (1GB) internet!

This craftsman home was built with attention to every detail. It has a full kitchen with custom cabinets, full fridge (with ice maker), full oven, full microwave, and several small appliances. It has a full bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room, a bedroom, vaulted ceilings in the living/kitchen area, and a nice sofa sleeper. The back deck has a propane fireplace, gas grill, and seating for you to enjoy as well.

The neighborhood is in the quiet town of Victor, Idaho. It is very safe, very small, and very cute. The house is next door to a large park with a playground, bike park, dog park, paved pathway, ice rink, and (in the winter) a groomed nordic ski track.

The tiny home is actually very close to the public transit station where you can take the START bus over to Jackson.

We loved our stay at Sven’s place. Not only did the house include every accommodation that we could possibly need; the location was also excellent. We planned to use the space as a home base while we explored Grand Teton National Park, but we ended up loving the town of Victor. We were able to walk to dinner and take our dogs to the dog park next door. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Alpenhaus was the perfect base for our Grand Teton trip! It is a great little home that provided all the amenities. The host was very responsive & lives right on the property. The home was built using high end products, the beds were very comfortable, includes chairs on the front porch & a propane fire table on the back deck. It is next to a great little park & lots of great little local restaurants. We loved the Knotty Pine Supper Club!! The drive across the pass was only 1/2 hr & very beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this great “tiny home”!

So very nice, clean and perfect!!! Enjoyed the stay immensely. The washer/dryer was a real plus. They thought of everything! Also, the park next door with a dog park is amazing.

Cute tiny-home in charming town

Great 1-bedroom tiny home close to the Tetons, just outside of the traffic (and unfortunately wildfire-smoke) of Jackson Wyoming. A clean and new house with all the amenities of a hotel, including a snack basket. Sven is a gracious host and great communicator. I will definitely try to book here again the next time I fly out! Highly recommend!

Excellent place, very comfy and cozy

Its an excellent place, very well designed and beautiful. It has all modern appliances, well illuminated, very clean and comfy. The sofa bed actually turned into a queen size bed which was very comfortable. The regular bed also was quite comfortable. It is close by to the shops in the town (9 min walk). Can clearly see that owner has paid a lot of attention and detail to the mini sized house which has everything that you need plus its all modern. The only one minor problem that I faced was that I couldn't use prime video on the TV neither could I cast my phone or laptop to the FireTv because it was disabled in the settings and the settings were locked. I wish casting was enabled in the settings. But more than pleased with the house

My name is Sven Taow. I've lived in Teton Valley for 14 years. I built a tiny home in my backyard 11 years ago, put it on airbnb and that was the start of my property management business! I've raised our 3 girls in Teton Valley. We love the outdoors and spend time backpacking, climbing, skiing, and mountain biking. I love being a host and getting to meet guests from all over the world in every walk of life.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This neighborhood is, in my (biased) opinion, the very best spot in Teton Valley. We are next door to the best park in the valley with a playground, dog park, frisbee golf, bike park, skate park, ice rink, 1.25 mile paved walkway, groomed nordic skiing in the winter, a horse riding arena, and it will soon have a rock climbing boulder park. We are still walking distance from restaurants and a grocery store. We are walking distance to Music on Main, the summertime concert series that happens every Thursday Night. If you look up the town of Victor you will find it is an extremely safe place to live. I absolutely love it here!

After operating a property management business for 9 years, I deliberately built this home taking everything I learned in the business to include everything that a guest would want in a tiny home. Everything is on one floor. Full bathroom. Full kitchen. High end finishes. Laundry Room. Back deck with privacy, grill, fire table. Front deck where you can watch the relaxing bustle of the neighborhood park. Comfortable bed. Charging ports everywhere. Fast internet. High end pots, knives, appliances. I stock a gift basket in case you arrive late and didn't have time to grab food before the stores closed. Or if you are heading out hiking and just want the convenience of grabbing and heading out. I want to make this the best airbnb in the valley, so I am always open to suggestions!
