This two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft is one we are really proud of, and we love sharing it with guests who want a little more space, a little more comfort, and a lot more to enjoy during their stay. Whether you are traveling as a couple, with family, or making a trip of it with friends, we think you are going to feel right at home here.

THE SPACE

The loft has two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, so everyone has their own space to settle in and decompress. The open living and dining area is cozy and bright, great for a relaxed evening in after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook if you want to, and the in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and not think twice about it.
You will check in with a smart lock, so there is no key pickup or coordination needed on our end. Just arrive, get settled, and the space is all yours.

To help keep the building safe and provide a great experience for all guests, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who reside within 50 miles of the property. Reservations that do not comply with this local booking policy may be canceled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that violates these requirements.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

We are at 1000 Washington Avenue, right in downtown St. Louis. Great restaurants, bars, and things to do are all within easy reach. It is the kind of neighborhood where you can walk out the door and find something worth your time in any direction.

YOUR ACCESS

You will have the whole place to yourselves. Smart lock check-in means you can come and go as you please, and all building amenities are yours to use throughout your stay. We are always just a message away if you need anything at all, and we do our best to get back to you quickly.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Additional units may be available in the building for alternate dates
- ID Verification: Guests must provide a copy of a government-issued ID. A background check is also required prior to check-in approval. In the event of a failed background check, the reservation will be cancelled and fully refunded
- A $60 replacement fee will be charged if the amenities fob is lost or not returned to its place at checkout.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property
- No parties or large gatherings of any kind
- A noise-monitoring device is installed in the unit to track decibel levels and ensure a peaceful environment for residents and guests. It does not record audio
- A Blink doorbell camera is installed at the exterior entrance. It records video of the entry area only and is used for property security and to verify arrivals. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the unit
- Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables once the initial supply is used
