High wood ceilings, two distinct living areas, a dedicated workspace, and a private backyard with lemon trees and lounge seating give the home a calm, residential feel. Westfield Century City, UCLA, and the beach are all within easy reach.


This single-story cottage sits on a quiet residential street in Rancho Park, a well-located Westside neighborhood within easy reach of Century City, Culver City, and the beach. The home is 1,723 square feet across a single level, with high wood ceilings and a layout that feels open and settled-in.

The main living area features two white sofas, a glass coffee table, and a decorative fireplace. It connects directly to a second TV room with a large smart TV, soundbar, and a comfortable sofa. Having two separate sitting areas makes longer stays more livable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas range, full-size refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, and microwave. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair sits between the kitchen and dining room, a practical setup for remote work. The dining room seats four.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, two closets, and a dresser. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a patio door with direct access to the backyard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The hallway bathroom, finished in classic yellow and black tile, has a separate soaking tub and shower. The second bathroom has a combined tub and shower.

The backyard is private and well landscaped, with mature lemon trees, flowering plants, and two lounge chairs. A second seating area makes it a comfortable outdoor space for morning coffee or evening downtime. In-unit washer and dryer are included. One driveway parking spot is provided, with ample street parking available.


Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Rancho Park is one of the Westside`s most well-located residential neighborhoods, known for its quiet streets, mature tree canopy, and easy access to central LA. West Pico Boulevard is a short drive away with a mix of local restaurants and everyday services. Bossa Nova is a neighborhood staple. Rancho Park Golf Course and the Palms Recreation Center are both nearby.

Westfield Century City is minutes away with over 175 shops and 60 dining options. Fox Studios is in the immediate area. Beverly Hills, Culver City, and Santa Monica are all within a fifteen to twenty minute drive. UCLA is approximately 2.5 miles from the home.


Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
The home is served by multiple bus routes along Pico and Westwood Boulevards, and the Metro E Line is accessible nearby. LAX is approximately 9 miles away. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the Westside as well.


By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

The fireplace in the main living room is decorative and non-functional.

Utility usage is included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
