LE SALON CARACTÉRISTIQUES Un rideau qui lorsqu'il est fermĂ© CRÉE LA CHAMBRE PRIVÉE 2ND avec son propre bains et placard! Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des haut de gamme des appareils en acier inoxydable. La cuisine ouvre sur une grande table Ă  manger. Stunning Malibu Getaway with Ocean Views

We had an incredible stay! The property was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful ambiance that made it the perfect getaway. The home was beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend for a memorable escape!

Property was absolutely amazing and right in the heart of malibu. Super short walk to beach. Property had just about every amenity and host was great. Garage was tough to navigate with suv.

A Great Malibu Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Malibu Getaway! I was traveling with my daughters and we felt very safe at this location. The pool was clean and refreshing and having the private, gated steps to beautiful Carbon beach was fabulous! We had a great view and even fit our large SUV rental in the garage parking space. We enjoyed cruising PCH and dining at local resturants like Moonshadows and The Sunset Grill. We look forward to our relaxing return!

Incredible Stay for a Malibu Getaway

Chad’s place was perfect. The place was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The parking spot and its convenient location made visiting the surrounding area very easy. Chad was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and out of the place. My wife and I stayed here while we were getting married in the area and we could not have asked for a better place to stay during one of the biggest moments of our lives. Would highly recommend!

Million dollar views!

Absolutely loved this location, walking distance to so many great spots. Communication with Chad was A+++ The condo was spotless, spacious, comfortable and just perfect. The outdoor deck was so huge and a great place for drinks, meals, meditation, and yoga! A very relaxing spot!! Hope to be back.

Little gem on the beach

If you love the sound of waves, beautiful ocean views, and great location this is the perfect little gem of a condo. Chad was communicative and condo exactly as pictures. Yes, as others have said you definitely hear the PCH loud and clear when in the bedroom, but the sound of waves outweigh that minor inconvenience
it’s the price you pay for an amazing location! Will definitely return.

Relaxation

We loved walking everyday . First stop the Pier, second stop Adamson House and then a walk along the lagoon. We cross the PCH to shop and then walk home Round trip walk approximately 4-5 miles. Loved it. This daily walk let us enjoy watching the surfers and meeting nice folks. Cooked home , kitchen was great. Loved our bed and shower was fantastic. We did walk into Nobu and had no trouble being seated. Perfect vacation!

Location is everything!

This location is perfect for an ocean/beach vacation or getaway. It is on the top of our list for one of the most enjoyed vacations. The view from the patio and sound of the waves was amazing. We walked the beach every day and saw a pod of dolphins close to shore. The space is comfortable and clean. Chad has timely communication, which was appreciated. Just a few small things that need to be attended to in the home but these did not impact our overall experience. Would definitely come back! Thanks Chad!

Wonderful Trip

Everything was incredible! Lovely bed (there’s only 1 and a day bed so be aware of that). It’s a perfect stay for a small family. We brought our 15month son with us, a bunch of food/drinks and relaxed like non other. Great cookware, utensils, a wonderful market across the street, amazing beach access (I brought my surf board and surfed right out front). There were not many towels but you can use a sheet to put on the outside furniture to lay on or for a beach blanket. A nice washer/dryer, sink, dishwasher and safe n easy parking. Location can’t get better and we will absolutely be staying here again. Thanks Chad!

Location - Pros and Cons

Convenient to everything with an updated kitchen/bathrooms and with views of the beach but getting an SUV into/out of the very narrow garage and out onto a very busy highway was challenging and stressful. Additionally, the one true bedroom was basically on the Pacific Coast Highway so the traffic was a constant noise in the background in the middle of the night. On a positive note, Chad was very responsive and helpful during the check-in process and the location was nearby Surfrider Beach although it was cold and foggy while visiting.
