Your private two-level dock awaits just 0.3 miles from the house! Whether walking or driving, the short journey allows for a personal gateway to one of WNC's most pristine lakes. Back at the house, a fully fenced backyard offers a haven for your four-legged family members (up to two dogs welcome), while the wood-burning fire pit sets the scene for unforgettable evenings gathered around the flames.

Main Floor — Primary Suite
The main floor primary suite is a true sanctuary. A generous king-size bed anchors the space, complemented by a dedicated seating area perfect for morning coffee or a quiet read. The en suite bathroom is nothing short of spectacular — a floating vanity, elegantly backlit mirrors, and a show-stopping wet room featuring a deep soaking tub and floor-to-ceiling waterfall shower make every morning feel like a spa day.

Upper Loft — Games, Gathering & Guest Rooms
Head upstairs to the open loft, where a foosball table and laid-back game room vibe make it the natural hub for friendly competition and evening laughs. Two well-appointed queen bedrooms share a beautifully finished bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and lighted vanity — thoughtfully designed with guests in mind.

The private dock is located 0.3 miles from the house at the end of a short single-lane road. The two-story dock features cleats along the side for tying up a boat, though there is no boat launch on site. Parking is available for two vehicles, with one flight of stairs leading from the parking area to the top of the dock. This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies.
