Beautiful Austrian style Chalet at the ski slope

Directly on the ski slope & in the middle of the skiing arena "Maiskogel" as well as in direct proximity to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier - the "Chalets on the ski slope" present themselves with amazing beauty and practicality.

The chalets are decorated in typical Austrian style - the tasteful combination of wood, stone, lots of light and a magnificent view of the stunning alpine panorama promise a delightful holiday.

The interior includes wooden floorboards, brand kitchen and modern sanitary facilities.

This small Chalet village is great for larger travelling groups to combine Chalet 13B also with the other Maiskogel Chalets (13A, 17A, 17B + 17C).

Room layout:
- open living area with kitchen, dining area, lounge with flat screen TV, picture windows and access to the balcony
- 3 bedrooms with double bed, flat screen TV and some with exit to the terrace / balcony
- 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, flat screen TV and exit to the balcony and separate WC
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet in the ground floor
- Sauna with shower and separate WC in the cellar
- 10 m² panoramic balcony with seating and stunning views of the Tauern mountains
- spacious wellness sauna


Additionally:
- terrace with garden furniture
- ski room with ski boot dryer
- 2 carport parking spaces
- some toilets have integrated hose function (Shaffat)

Depending on the weather conditions, snow chains may be required in winter, especially for vehicles without all-wheel drive!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this chalet in Kaprun, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. The chalet itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the attention to detail was impressive. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in the beautiful Alps.

Very nice chalet and excellent host, nice location with marvelous view of Großes Wiesbachhorn mountain and just 5 minutes drive from Kaprun central and 15 minutes drive from Zell am See central. Recommend. Addition of fans for hot summer days, bigger size refrigerator with bigger freezer compartment to allow more storage of cold food.

Unser 2 Urlaub in diesem Haus in Kaprun war einfach perfekt!Wir waren zur zehnt,mit 2 Hunden, und das Haus hat uns einmal wieder alles geboten,was wir brauchen.Die Sauna war ein Highlight, die Ausstattung war super und die Lage ist einfach ideal für Skifahrer und Wanderer.Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!Danke für die tolle Zeit,wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Prachtig chalet op een top-locatie. De communicatie met de host is prettig verlopen en alles in het huisje was goed verzorgd en schoon. Veel schone handdoeken en bedden waren opgemaakt. Het chalet is goed uitgerust, al hadden wij graag wat meer thee glazen gehad. Het chalet ligt fraai aan de piste en van de Eisbär bar heb je na 19 uur geen last, dan gaat hij dicht en overdag is het daar in de zon prettig toeven. het nadeel van onze periode (begin januari) is dat de zon laag aan de hemel staat en je maar een beperkt aantal uren zon op je balkon hebt.
