We completely enjoyed this Fewo. The whole experience from booking and checking in to checking out was seamless. Our 3rd time with Alpen Apartments and this company is top notch! The views are incredible. A short walk to the center of town or an even shorter walk to the bus that takes you to the ski lifts. Love this place!

Absolutely fabulous views from the panoramic windows and balcony! Very modernistic style of decor and furniture and very different to what we're used to! We would definitely recommend. Nice comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Our only minor issues would be the entrance door which had no door handle (only a knob that wasn't connected to the lock or latch). When we arrived we got the Key easily enough from the secure box, but we couldn't work out how to open the door. The key turned and clicked twice in the lock, but without a levered handle or knob to release the latch we were stuck outside initially. We rang Alpen apartments and they were really helpful and sent someone out to help us within 20 minutes (Thank you!). it turned out that after the key had turned and clicked twice, it had to be given a sharp 3rd movement to open the door. We've not come across any other hotel or apartment door like this in our travels. Surely a door handle that releases the latch after the key has unlocked the door would be better? Or maybe a note on the entrance instructions to explain the unlocking procedure. I noticed that all the other apartments in the building had a more standard door handle. Also the kitchen layout we found was a little impractical. We understand the design of the apartment meant that the cupboards are merged and well hidden but we just felt it was a little fiddly to use and live with. Other than these minor points it would have been 5 stars all round. We loved our time at your apartment and will have some lovely memories from our trip to Zell am See. Thank you very much!!

My stays at this apartment were wonderful and really i enjoyed the stay. apartment found as described, clean and tidy. Alpen team really made everything clear " check in, key place, check out and living instruction". All stuff were available; nothing needed except food and drink. Kitchen fully equipped with all requirements to prepare my food. Moreover, I really found the Alpen team cooperative, kindly and friendly. Eventually, I strongly recommend this apartment. NA

Comfortable modern appartment with a gorgeaous view over the town and the lake. Located in a quiet high corner of the town. Garage included. A bigger and better frying pan would be a big benefit. Also, some manuals/guides for the shutters, lightswitches and heating. It takes some skill and time to figure it out on your own.

floor heating

the floor heating is hard to access and control for temp in apartment. opening doors to cool is t possible because bugs become an issue and screen door was ripped. floor in shower and bathroom is dangerous when wet. opening kitchen up with door only gets door in the way of the path into kitchen. why have door? only one key to appartment. lots of cobb webs and spiders around entire outside of sliders. light controller for kitchen and strip lights stopped working day 2 had to use breaker to turn off lights. not enough towels. need to be more clear on actual property address.

Wir verbrachten 11 wundervolle Tage in der Design-Suite Pasithéa. Hoch über dem See, mit einer prächtigen Sicht auf den See und die Berge rundum. Das Städtchen Zell am See bot verschiedene interessante Verweilmöglichkeiten, wie etwa am See, und war auch kulinarisch eine Reise wert. Wir werden sicherlich wieder einmal zurückkehren.
