Welcome to Persimmon Glen — a grand 5-bedroom farmhouse estate in Centerville, Georgia built for groups who want it all. Swim in the screened, fenced private pool, cook out at the gas BBQ, then head inside to the farmhouse game room: pool table, shuffleboard, darts, and basketball arcade. The wine bar and dining table for 12 make every evening feel like an event. 3 kings, 1 queen, and a bunk room. One level, zero stairs. Minutes from Robins AFB.





The space: An oversized screened-in pool (fully fenced, complimentary, no hidden fees) with a poolside sitting area and gas BBQ grill. The living room has a plush oversized sofa, farmhouse design details, and a wood wine bar, flowing into an open dining room with a farmhouse table seating 10-12. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook a full group meal.





Bedrooms: Master Suite — king bed, en-suite bath, TV. Bedroom 2 — king bed, TV. Bedroom 3 — king bed, TV. Bedroom 4 — queen bed, TV. Bedroom 5 — full bunk bed plus twin bed, TV. Four full bathrooms serve the whole house.





Game room: large pool table, shuffleboard table, dart board, and a basketball arcade machine.





Location: About 8-10 miles (12-14 min) to Robins Air Force Base, L3Harris, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems/AMSEC, Houston Medical Center, and Middle Georgia State University. Also close to the Museum of Aviation, Rigby's Entertainment Complex and Water World, and local dining.





Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home — all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, entertainment room, pool area, and the backyard with outdoor seating, dining area, and BBQ.





Other things to note: Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM (early/late available on request, fee may apply; unauthorized late checkout $75 fee). Streaming available with your own logins. Quiet hours 11 PM–8 AM, no parties or large gatherings. No smoking. No pets unless pre-approved ($85 per pet non-refundable fee if approved or unauthorized). Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (request approval for additional parking). Digital E-lock with a unique code provided before check-in; minimum age to rent is 21. A pool liability waiver must be completed by all guests before pool access is granted, and children must be supervised at all times. Ring doorbell plus exterior gate cameras only (no interior cameras). 45+ night stays get a mid-stay reset. Guests responsible for damages.
