The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from slow mornings with coffee to full dinners at home. PRIMARY SUITE
Features a luxury queen bed that is motorized to raise legs or head respectively, for a zero gravity feel, or to position the head for a raised position to watch the TV at night. The room features a walk in closet and two dressers. Private ensuite bathroom has a private toilet room, walk-in shower with supplied Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and double vanity. Full body length mirror.

2ND BEDROOM
Features a king size bed with 2 nightstands and a closet. Just outside the bedroom door is the hallway bathroom.

HALLWAY BATHROOM
Features a bathtub shower with supplied Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, toilet, and single vanity.

Fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for guests.

POOL
The community includes shared access to a pool at the center of the community. Please reference the rules and notes in the welcome packet for use. Guests may use the pool at their own risk.

The community pool is open daily from 9am–10pm. Pool towels, floats, and an air pump are available for guest use.

There is room for 1 midsize or smaller vehicle in the garage and 1 vehicle in the driveway. The HOA mandates no street parking, however there is a conveniently located set of parking spots directly in front of the home that extra vehicles can park in.

Guests agree to abide by the house rules. We love the community we live in and respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood. Any loud noise complaints or violations will be handled appropriately.

We charge a cleaning fee of $200, even though regular cleanings cost us more than this. We do this so we can ensure the home is expertly and thoroughly cleaned between guests and you don't have to worry about a long list of demands before you leave - we want you relaxing and enjoying your time!

We utilize a smart Ecobee thermostat that can be controlled by guests for comfort during the stay.
