Boasting everything you need to make the best memories and more, Tempe Dream will have you slipping into the vacation mindset in no time. Any downtime indoors will be a blast with central air-conditioning to keep you cool, a plush sectional sofa to kick back on as you watch favorite shows on the flatscreen TV, and two spacious bedrooms to get a bit of privacy. Plus, the culinary-inclined guests will be excited to show off their skills in the wonderful galley kitchen that is equipped with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and all of the utensils needed for easy prep. Don't forget to bring a favorite drink out to the private balcony as the sun goes down, as the views of the water are beautiful.

Things to Know
Shared amenities are across the street (beach/tennis court club), if guests want to use these, there will be a $25 registration fee paid via cash or check.

Great location, wonderful views and a real bonus of being able to open windows/patio doors to create a lovely cross breeze with the fans (and therefore no need for a/c). Spacious for two and had a comfortable bed. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This vacation condo is in a great location and provided a true home away from home. It's so nicely decorated and very well stocked with lots of necessities and supplies. Everything you would need or would want to see is easily accessible. We would be happy to visit the area again and would definitely stay here.

Stayed here for a week and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The home was clean, stocked, and in a fantastic location. Two work stations to work remotely and an amazing balcony to relax after a long day was exactly what we needed. I can't wait to come back!

The property has several plumbing and electrical issues. I reported them to the management. Their call center people were friendly. But in the three weeks we were there, the issues were not resolved. The worst of the problems was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. That made handwashing dishes a problem. The dishwasher also didn't work. We have requested compensation for these and other difficulties. Would not recommend this place.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the unit was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. The bathroom was very old and the shower curtain had quite a bit of dirt on the bottom of the curtain. The other suggestion we would make is that the stairwell was very dark outside and quite steep for anyone that struggles with walking upstairs. The check-in process was excellent. It was quite a ways from the parking to the room.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your valuable suggestions. We apologize if the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired. This concern has been addressed with our housekeeping team, and a new shower curtain and liner have been placed. We can certainly suggest the additional lighting for the stairwell, but as this unit is in an HOA, we cannot control that aspect. Thank you for your comments. We hope we can host you again!

Our Stay at Vacasa was just what we were looking for. Enough room for our family of four to stretch out and relax after a busy day in Phoenix. The place was quiet and comfortable. Quite unique having a waterfront view. I enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio.

Perfect place to stay in Tempe

Wonderful location close to everything but being on the lakes was so relaxing. Beautifully clean property with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the property rental company with easy check in and out process. Covered parking spot off the street. Additional amenities in the complex including a small pool and gym. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again ourselves.

Property is in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Condo was well stocked. Connection for TV service was not great but that is splitting hairs. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

Beautiful, perfect sized condo that was great for a workcation - had monitors on the desks and everything. Good location, close to everything you’d need. There was one minor hiccup (water turned off) but they fixed it within 2 hours after I called so I have no complaints. I would definitely go back.
