# Important HOA Information

Arrowhead Lake requires all guests to register with the HOA **at least 3 days prior to arrival**. Registration fees are determined by the HOA based on the length of your stay, number of guests, and number of vehicles.

After booking, we'll provide the exact registration fee along with simple, step-by-step instructions to complete your registration before arrival.

In-Season Daily Rate: $8.50 per person, per night
In-Season Weekly Rate (5–7 nights, up to 30 days): $42.50 per person, per week
Vehicle Fee: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee: $20 per registration
Late Fee: $100 (unchanged)
