- Additional Bedrooms: A third bedroom with two cozy beds and a fourth bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
- Family-Friendly Playroom: Equipped with toys, books, games, and a trundle bed with two twin-sized beds—perfect for kids to play and relax.

GOLF CART: Optional, not included in rental price, additional payment required, collected separately. $90 per day

Inside the Home:
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you're a gourmet chef or simply preparing a quick meal, you’ll find everything you need, including pots, pans, plates, mugs, and silverware.
- Living Room: Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.
- Essential Amenities: Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and basic toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your convenience. We also provide laundry detergent, dish soap, and a highchair and pack-n-play for little ones.

Packing List Suggestions:
- Swimsuit and beach towels for the hot tub, pool, and lake.
- Sunscreen, beach toys, and water shoes for outdoor fun.
- Phone/electronic chargers, drinking water, and ice.
- Coffee, K-Cups, and filters for your morning brew.
- Firewood and fire starters (available at a deli near the community entrance).

Community Fees (Mandatory, Not Included in Booking Price):
These fees are imposed by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association and must be paid separately online, at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a late fee.
1. Temporary Membership:
- In-Season (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day or $42.50 per person, per week.
- Off-Season (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
- Children under 6 are free.
2. Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay.
3. Administration Fee: $20 (non-refundable).
4. Late Fee: $100 for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival.

Important Notes:
- All fees must be paid at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a late fee.
- Registrations/payments/changes cannot be processed less than 1 day before arrival.
- We will need the following info for the community: number of guests and children, names of all drivers, full car info, and guest names.

Temporary Membership Includes Access to:
- Pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, and sports courts (basketball, volleyball and tennis).
- The Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, a library, fitness room, game rooms, and banquet hall.
- Seasonal amenities: Pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Please note that some amenities may be seasonal or temporarily closed due to weather, maintenance, or staffing. Confirm the status of specific amenities with us before your stay.

**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.
