Both full bathrooms were recently renovated with new tile, vanities, and lighting (both are walk-in shower style). All furniture and fixtures are brand new, with fresh paint, flooring, and hardware throughout.

Sleeping setup: a king bed, multiple queens, and a living-room sleeper — comfortably hosting 12. Outside, a fully fenced front yard is perfect for kids and pets, and there`s parking for up to 4 vehicles behind the house.
