The Brewery District is a historical area located just south of downtown Columbus and west of German Village. It’s filled with the history, charm, and a bustling social scene.

This newly renovated historical home with high end furnishings features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and off street parking.

Within walking distance, there is a public park for dogs to enjoy, multiple restaurants, and a grocery store.

Beautiful historic home in the Brewery District. We stayed 6 nights and did not want to leave. Booked this home for the large kitchen and dining area to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family and it did not disappoint. Hillary is a wonderful host and we were easily in contact with her for any questions during our stay. The house has a nice fenced side yard for your furry friends to stretch their legs and there is even a dog park a few blocks away. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Columbus!!

The property is adequately furnished with no frills. The queen mattress was very uncomfortable.We canceled 2 of 6 nights months in advance and were not refunded 100% as advertised. Owner/mgr would not help us saying VRBO was responsible for billing;- VRBO said it was up to owner/mgr. Never got resolution from VRBO

we stayed in Hilary’s place a few years ago and loved it. this time was also great. really nice place in a great walkable neighborhood. clean and modern house that keeps its historic charm. very responsive host. nice outdoor space. we had a really time time, we would happily come back again and we’d recommend it to anyone coming to columbus. thanks!

This property is amazing! Very clean, very comfortable, so much character. The location is excellent - a block away from High Street and some its shops, bars and eateries. We tried to book it again for a March weekend but it was already taken - bummer! Highly recommend!

Perfect for short getaway

This was a quaint place, clean and accessible to eating spots or downtown. We walked to a breakfast place and took an Uber downtown for dinner. Cozy. There is no washer/dryer so if you would require to do unexpected laundry, you wouldn't be able too. The host replied quickly and was great in accommodating any requests we had.

We were in town for the Ohio State homecoming game. The house was in the perfect location and a great set up for us and our two adult children. Very nicely appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place!

We were in Cleveland for a concert. This was our first time to the city so we weren't sure where to stay. This home was perfect for our party of 4. It was clean, had very nice furnishings and we were very comfortable during our stay. It is located in a safe area and very walkable to German Village and other areas. We used Uber to get to Nationwide Arena, it was a very short commute. Overall, we had a wonderful time, loved our stay, I would recommend!
