Set in the peaceful hamlet of Prabione, in Tignale, Apartment Lucia is a charming retreat that blends rustic authenticity with modern comfort. Fully renovated in 2023, it’s a space where antique pieces and contemporary design coexist in perfect harmony, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Located on the first floor, Lucia is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment that accommodates 2 to 4 people. It features a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a comfortable bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a panoramic balcony. Amenities include an induction stove, microwave, German-style coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and linen and towels. A private outdoor parking space is also available.



For active travelers, the area offers a wide range of options: hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, tennis, sailing and windsurfing at Tignale’s harbor (about 7 km away), and golf at the Bogliaco Golf Club, just 13 km from the property.



Upon arrival, guests receive the Tignale Card and Reboma Card, which grant access to guided hikes, a daily shuttle to and from the beach (April–October), free entry to the Prabione public pool (June–August), and discounts at many restaurants, bars and shops.
