Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire 5-bedroom home, including the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and basement game room. Outdoor spaces—including the back deck, gas grill, gas fire pit, and the 8-person private hot tub—are completely private for your exclusive enjoyment. On-site parking is available for up to 6 vehicles, with 2 spaces in the garage and 4 spaces in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Our property is perfectly situated to enjoy the vibrant summer lifestyle of Summit County. Located in Peak 7, outdoor enthusiasts can hit extensive trail networks like the Peaks Trail for mountain biking or take a scenic drive to Sapphire Point for incredible views of the Tenmile Range. Nearby Lake Dillon provides endless water recreation, including boating, kayaking, and scenic lakeside dining at the local marinas.



Don't forget to visit "Isak Heartstone," the famous 15-foot wooden trail troll, or spend an afternoon exploring the boutique shopping and dining along historic Main Street.



Getting Around:

A car provides the most convenient access to nearby trailheads, lakes, and surrounding mountain towns. On-site parking is fully provided with 2 covered garage spaces and 4 driveway spaces.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.



Please keep in mind this property is a not pet friendly and non smoking.



Please note that the loft is located outside of the primary bedroom and looks down on the living area with no door or cover.



Please note the minimum age to rent this property is 25.
