Situé au milieu des pins dans un endroit très paisible, mais à seulement 2 miles de la ville de Breckenridge et du domaine skiable de Breckenridge. Great log home on the south side of Breckenridge. The neighborhood was very quiet while still being within a few minutes to the heart of town. Highly recommend this option if you're visiting Breckenridge!

Wonderful family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this delightful cabin. Close to skiing, sledding and skating and plenty of room for us to spread out inside. Very well appointed property. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place for all age ranges. We were very impressed.

The property was everything that it was advertised to be! Great amenities, awesome space. We have been making the trip to Colorado for 7 years now and can say that this property was by far the best we have stayed in. The house had everything that we needed, very spacious, and enough rooms for everyone. Will be staying here again.

Birthday trip

We went to breck for my husbands bday amd one of his buddies. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. The home is beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. When we come back to breck we will definitely try to book again. 10/10 recommend.

Family Trip

The place was awesome. 6 adults and 7 grandkids all had a blast. Lot's of room to spread out. The cabin was stocked and ready to go. Great location and easy to get to any of the tubbing and sledding fun. We will book again and highly suggest others to do the same.

Stay at Blue River

We enjoyed our stay in the property. The only disappointment is that there was not a toilet on the main floor that could be readily access by most guests. There was not communication with the property manager, but we requested none.

Great place, lots of room. I would only suggest, the kitchen needs more dish towels, wash cloths, and trash bags. Couple of the rooms did not have screens so unable to open because of mosquitos. Otherwise very nice place to stay and host was always very responsive.

Family reunion

Beautiful houseand location. Everyone had their own space. No extra toilet paper. Refrigerator was not working and the manager couldn't get any one to fix it on a Friday. So for 3 days we had to buy ice and coolers for our food. It was fixed on Monday. Hot rub died on Tuesday but was fixed on Wednesday. Good response by manager, said we would get $ off for the inconveniences.

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize about the refrigerator issue at 8pm on Friday night. Unfortunately, appliance repair companies in our area only work from 9-5 M-F. Thankfully, it was fixed first thing Monday morning but we do understand it was an inconvenience. Glad to hear you loved the home and location as it is beautiful and peaceful. Please come stay with us again and hope you enjoy your credit for the hassle.

Reviewer Comments: Everything during my stay was fine except for a situation with my three-year-old son: he was playing and he got under the bed in the main bedroom and came out with a mousetrap stuck to his face, I took care of the situation . However, I communicated this to the person in charge of managing the property and I never received a response back, I was not looking for a refund or making a scandal, it just seemed strange to me that they left this there while they have guests in addition to you knowing what we were going with very young children and therefore curious, only some response was necessary "we don't know what happened, we will avoid it for future opportunities or something like that" but nothing 0 responses.After making a review on Vrbo and having described this situation (although giving you an exceptional score) I see that this person responds and rates me with one and two stars, even in cleanliness and order, when the night before we all dedicated ourselves to cleaning, washing all the dishes, throwing away all the garbage in plastic bags and putting them where you say (despite the fact that you only left us 1 available garbage can and the other 2 were full of garbage from the pasts guests) It seems to me very unfair, unethical and professional to have done this.

The interior was very clean and there was plenty of seating for all of us, with room to spread out. The only complaint experienced by all was that the sheets on all of the beds were wet that first night of our stay. That said, it was our only complaint and I would recommend staying here for anyone who wants to be close to Breckenridge, and is looking for more peace and quiet and in need of accommodations for a larger group. The hot tub was enjoyable after hiking and the pool table was a nice addition as well. The place was well stocked with all the essentials.

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really great experience here over all. Loved the cabin and its location. It was nice and the perfect size for our family gathering. There were some downsides. One of the main floor bathrooms was nit cleaned properly and there was a large clump of hair on the shower wall, which was pretty gross. In the basement where the pool table is there was a place in the carpet that looked like dried vomit that had not been cleaned up. I feel like overall those things were minor compared to the good things. The rest of the house was spotless and clean. Suggestions from some in our party - Consider having fans in all the bedrooms. A couple members said their bed wasn’t so comfortable and between those two things had difficulty sleeping. We had the master and that bed was absolutely wonderful. We opened the windows at night and was cool when there was a breeze.We all agreed that the kitchen was by far the best stocked one any of us had ever experienced. It was impressive. I’d suggest looking in the fridge before grocery shopping. You may it need to buy certain things. There was also a lot of board games etc to play and enjoy. The hot tub was nice as well. It really is a beautiful home and lots of room for everyone to spread out. Everything in Breck was close. We also went to Fairplay and rode horses, rented jeeps for a day and rode bikes down Vail Pass. It was definitely a trip to remember.
