• Lively location: The home is located just off Garnet Avenue in the heart of Pacific Beach. While it's on a quieter side street, you may occasionally hear people walking home from nearby restaurants and bars, especially on weekends.
• Portable A/C: The home is cooled with two portable air conditioning units rather than central or mini-split air conditioning.
• Self check-in: Entry is provided via a secure lockbox rather than a keypad or smart lock.
• Duplex property: This home is one side of a duplex with a quiet long-term resident in the neighboring unit. You'll have your own private entrance, private front and back patios, and complete privacy inside your space. As with most duplexes, there is one shared wall, so occasional everyday household noise is possible.
Guest access You'll have private access to the entire unit, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen, living area, and your own private front and back patios. The neighboring unit is occupied by a quiet long-term resident and is completely separate. Guests do not share any interior or exterior spaces. You'll also have access to two dedicated off-street parking spaces, the BBQ grill, fire table, and all outdoor seating located within your private patio areas.
Other things to note HOUSE RULES
• The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. • The total number of guests must match the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties, events, or gatherings. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • The property may have exterior security cameras and interior noise monitoring devices (no audio recording) • Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping, is prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
AGE REQUIREMENT
• Minimum booking age is 25. • Government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in. • Reservations that do not meet the age requirement may be canceled.
GUEST VERIFICATION
For security, insurance, and building compliance, select reservations may require completion of a brief verification through our secure guest portal. This may include government-issued ID, contact information, purpose of stay, and acknowledgment of a rental agreement.
