Lakeside Haven on Whites Pond

Welcome to The Lakeview House, your peaceful water view escape on Whites Pond! Tucked away to give you that classic, unplugged Maine camp feel. Whether you're looking to sip your morning coffee overlooking the pond, explore local trails, or golf, our home provides the ultimate starting point for relaxation & and outdoor recreation.

NOTE: this is primarily 2nd floor living, there is a twin bed and full bathroom on the 1st floor, everything else is on the second floor accessible by stairs.

The space
Our home features a relaxed lakeside layout designed for comfort, connection, and making lifelong memories. Warm and welcoming open concept Kitchen, Dining Room & Living Room complete with a flat-screen Smart TV & a cozy electric fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, spices, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, in-island range, toaster/air fryer combo, and coffee maker—everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Step outside onto either of your private decks to soak in the stunning waterfront views, grill up dinner on the gas BBQ, or gather around the outdoor fire pit as the stars blanket the night sky. You have pond access and a shared dock by crossing the street to our other unit.

Comfortably accommodating up to 6–8 guests, our bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure everyone gets a restful night’s sleep:
Primary Bedroom: Cozy Queen & Twin beds with serene waterfront views & ensuite full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen Bed with plenty of storage.
Additional Spaces: Fitted with flexible arrangements (1st floor twin bed or sleeper sofa options) perfect for kids, friends, or extra family members.

While you will feel beautifully tucked away and surrounded by tranquil Maine nature, you are never truly isolated! We are proud neighbors and partners of Fogg Brook Resort, located just a quick minute up the road. Guests can enjoy easy access to everything they have to offer:

Championship Golf: Take advantage of the resort's beautiful, par-72, 18-hole championship golf course, practice driving range, and chipping/putting areas.

Foggy’s Pub: Don't feel like cooking? Walk or drive up to Foggy’s Pub, a casual, family-friendly local hub serving up elevated comfort food like artisan pizzas, juicy burgers, full bar and a rotating tap of 20 different craft beers and ciders.

Outdoor Recreation: Explore nearby hiking and biking trails, or unwind by the resort's seasonal outdoor pool.

Guest access
You have full access to the entryway bedroom and bathroom on the first floor as well as the entire second floor. The garage is off limits.

Other things to note
This home has most of its living space on the second floor, there is a small bunk room and full bath off the entry way on the first floor but otherwise everything else is up a flight of stairs.

You have shared access to White's pond by crossing the street and sharing the lawn with our other unit (Lakeside Cottage). The dock is shared between the units, we ask that your party stays to the left side of the property while there and be respectful of other guests.
