Cabine confortable au milieu de bois privĂ©s intacts. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de la beautĂ© naturelle ou visitez la crĂȘte ou le ruisseau sur l'un de nos sentiers de randonnĂ©e. La cabine a un foyer, une table de pique-nique, un pont avant. Les chiens sont les bienvenus. Équitation disponible Ă  proximitĂ©. Location de kayak disponible sur les lacs locaux. Les lacs locaux sont Ă  20/30 minutes en voiture. Il y a deux cabines sur la propriĂ©tĂ©, cette liste est pour la plus petite cabine des deux - la cabine "Chalet" - pour 4 personnes. La plus grande cabine est sur VRBO dans une liste sĂ©parĂ©e (Exeter Nature Cabins). Les deux cabines peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©es ensemble pour des rassemblements plus importants. Voir nos critiques! Les chalets, situés à Exeter, dans le Maine, sont situés dans le centre du Maine, à une ou deux heures de route de nombreuses attractions bien connues du Maine - Moosehead Lake, Baxter State Park, Acadia State Park, Bar Harbor, etc. a - Nous sommes à 30 minutes de Bangor, Maine et à 60 minutes d'Augusta, Maine.

We absolutely loved the remoteness and solitude. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the rustic ambience. Everything was as is listed on the listing. We felt like we were back at our cabin in Alaska, except here we had power and running water
 hahaha. This is where I will stay every time I come to Maine.

We had a pleasant four night stay at this cabin.Comfortable and cute. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, plates, cups, utensils etc.Owner reached out to make sure we were comfortable.Would consider staying again.

This was our 2nd time staying at Debbie's cabin. It is the perfect hideaway and our dogs just love all the trails and large yard. It is 45 minutes from Portland, so it is our go to place to stay when attending a concert in Portland. Debbie is really sweet and accommodating.

If you are looking for a secluded location to enjoy nature this is it. The dogs loved it as much as i did. Miles of trails and woods to explore. The host was wonderful. Friendly and prompt. Overall a terrific experience. I will say, if you are looking for 5 star luxury, keep looking.

Great small cabin in a really cute area! Super quiet and so peaceful for a nice weekend getaway. Debbie was so kind with check in and always available. Would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED our stay at this cabin! The host Debbie was easy to communicate with, flexible, and provided tons of thoughtful recommendations for things to do nearby! The cabin and the surrounding property was beautiful and so fun to explore! The cabin was clean and very comfortable. There's plenty of firewood and all the essential kitchen appliances/cookware. We will definitely be back to this beautiful, historic property!

Cozy cabin, quiet woodsy location

We had a lovely stay -- quite a cozy and well-appointed cabin, in an out-of-the-way spot that let us explore the area and just hunker down and enjoy the solitude, as the mood took us. Our host was very welcoming and considerate. A wonderful spot!

Awesome

It was an absolutely beautiful cabin hard to get to so the directions should be changed because it takes through the back side in order to get into the location and then you end up having to turn around because you end up in a corn field in the middle of the night and that's a little rugged no TVs in any of the rooms. Other than that our stay was amazing. Very clean everything equipped inside. You just had to get your own food and stuff. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back

Cozy Cabin - great place to unplug, enjoy nature & each other!

There are two cabins on the property. We stayed in the Chalet, which is the smallest of the two cabins. The cabin is rustic and cozy with a wood stove and games in the living space. The kitchen is small, but has full-size appliances and is well stocked with dishes, cookware and some basic spices, pan, etc. There is a front porch or fire pit to enjoy. The property is 500 acres and there are some trails to explore. We saw multiple deer and wild turkey without having to venture into the woods over the 3 days we stayed here. You would need access to the Main cabin to use a washer on the property, but there is a laundry mat located a short distance away if needed. I was not personally able to see the Wi-Fi, but that may have had to do with my phone. The host Debbie was extremely helpful. She was quick to respond to my texts and sent me multiple links to restaurants, points of interest, etc. Her home is located nearby. We were a little over an hour from Greenville where we did a Moose Safari. We visited Portland from there, but we could have chosen Bar Harbor. It depends on your interests. This is a great place to unplug, but if you are addicted to TV you will have withdrawals.

Tranquility

Although we were spending most of our time at Acadia NP, peace and tranquillity of the Chalet Cabin was enjoyable. Enjoyed a cozy fire to ward off the fall evening chill and gazing at the stars and the Milky Way is hard to beat.

Very quiet, remote setting. Overall very good. One window didnt close completely which made it a bit cold. And the ceiling in the kithchen needs an upgrade. Also when we returned one night there was no parking available and it ended up we had to park on the lawn. But on the up side, the kitchen was great, besides ceiling, the bathroom was great and the beds were comfortable. Cute, sufficient, semi rustic cabin.

Exeter has been a family gathering place and we have had numerous family holidays, get-to-gethers and two weddings here. The younger generation of our family spent their childhood exploring the woods and nature here. Betty & Richard always wanted Exeter Nature Cabins to be about keeping a natural area for animals and nature education.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It's peaceful, beautiful, soul renewing place to stay. EVERYONE who stays here says they love it. There are activities for everyone. If your a homebody, then stay on the deck and enjoy the wildlife from there. There are hiking trails that range from leisurely to more challenging. We are just starting to build a place where folks can come and learn more about the woods and natural environment around them. We don't have those opportunites when we live in the city.
