About the home
Relax in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with hot tub access. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private deck. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk. Relax in front of the gas fireplace or BBQ after a day in the mountains. The unit also has in-suite washer/dryer.

Location
The Sunpath complex features a superb location. Only a six-minute walk to the lifts, and also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village attractions. The Marketplace mall is located nearby and includes grocery and liquor stores.

Because of the location of this beautiful home, everything is within walking distance. In the winter time the Resort Municipality of Whistler and BC Transit are offering the free #4 bus from Marketplace to the base of Whistler Mountain - after a long day on the slope why not take the bus home?

Free parking in assigned stall in secure underground parkade. Visitor parking available on first come, first serve basis inside the parkade gates, and is only available for 90 mins.
⌂ No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
⌂ Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 5th, 6th, and 7th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

The location was great. We arrived late and the check in process was confusing but we figured it out. The coffee table was completely broken and I am not sure why housekeeping had not informed maintenance about it. The table was removed but not replaced. Overall a good experience.

This condo is close enough to the gondola to walk but also far enough away from the rowdier bars that its quiet and peaceful!
