Villa Berlin is located in Calonge - in the heart of the Costa Brava - and is the perfect, very individual accommodation for 4-6 people: Plenty of space in two loft-like suites for two couples, two small families or a family with 2-3 children. We are located away from the hustle and bustle, but are still very close to the nearest shops, the C31 motorway and the beaches of St. Antoni, Platja d'Aro and Palamos. Adventure-seekers and those looking for peace and quiet will get their money's worth here.
You live in the upper part of the villa and have the entire property and the pool to yourself during your stay. We are located away from the hustle and bustle, but are still very close to the nearest shops, the beaches of St. Antoni, Platja d'Aro and Palamos and the C31 motorway.
The modern and spacious villa is situated in a sheltered and quiet hillside location in Calonge-Cabanyes with marvellous panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. The accommodation offers over 100 square metres of living space in two large, separate suites of 50 square metres each on one level, each with its own bathroom. One suite has a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor is not occupied during your stay. You will have the entire property, the pool and the outdoor areas exclusively to yourself.

The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces with a variety of different seating and dining areas. Everyone will find their favourite spot to relax, whether in the sun or in the shade. The sun terrace of the private saltwater pool also offers beautiful views of greenery and the bay of Palamos. The nearest supermarket is only a few minutes away by car and the nearest beach in St. Antoni de Calonge is 6 kilometres away. (As there is no public transport in Cabanyes, a car is essential).
In the suites, there is plenty of space for one or two children's beds and/or single beds in addition to the double beds. Both are available in a double version.
