I am not the one to write reviews, but my experience with Vacasa has warranted this one. First, I will list the pros of this specific property: proximity to shops, restaurants, and an easy walk to the beach. Well-traveled, well-lit street with friendly and helpful neighbors. The cons: lack of professionalism or ease of reaching a local representative with issues, delayed arrival time due to extensive cleaning being required from less-than-ideal guests that stayed before us, a smoke smell in the home despite no smoking signs, a trash can full of post-party items, uncomfortable beds, and intermittent to non-working internet. Overall, we loved the location but would not choose this home again due to it being dated, the smell, and the absolutely awful experience with the property management company.
