The Space:

Ideal for a thrilling beach-cation, this family-friendly studio with inland views near the beach and restaurants is the definition of convenience! It comes equipped with a kitchenette to prepare quick snacks, a TV with cable, a furnished balcony, and access to excellent amenities such as refreshing pools (indoor, outdoor, and children's), a hot tub, a lazy river, and even a fitness center. Prepare yourself to experience the beach like never before!



Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach (six miles). North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing - make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs, such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).



Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property-specific websites.



Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!



Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!



DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water, including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Great last minute beach trip!

Room was perfect for us and everything we needed…microwave, coffee maker and fridge.. even had side view of ocean.. loved sitting on our deck in evening. Resort was nice with all pools..restaurants were good and loved the entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Love the beach

Location could not have been better for beach fans Pool was my plan, but when the sand is right there it easily wins out. Tip, ‘ocean view’ is not really ocean view. If you want to wake up to the ocean out window make sure to get a unit that is ‘ocean front’. Kudos to staff as well. Every interaction I had was a positive one.

We where notified often with updates on our room Pryor to our stay. Then was notified that our room was ready to check in hours early. Once we arrived the workers at the desk were very nice and on top of it. Explain everything to us.. Very pleasant surprise of the cleaness and the appearance of the Bay watch resort. Life Saver

When I planned this vacation I initially booked an Airbnb which turned out to be a nightmare. I looked up this facility online, drove to it, explained the situation, and they helped me immediately! They were very polite, helpful, and even apologetic about the horrible experience that wasn’t even their fault! The facility was clean, the outdoor pools are heated (which was great since it was very chilly at the time), and you literally walk out the back door to the beach! I am so happy that we found this place on such a short notice.

The room was dirty and old. The toilet seat had pee on it. Rust in the microwave and refrigerator, pubic hairs in the showers, stains on the beds and pillows. I have pictures, reported it to the front desk and have asked for a refund on my second night as I did not stay for it
