The Space:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

>The rental includes two service staff members a housekeeper and a waitress for groups of up to 10 guests at no additional charge. To ensure you receive the best service possible, additional staff is required for larger groups:



> Up to 10 guests: 2 service staff members included (no additional charge).

> 11 to 16 guests: 1 additional assistant is required at an additional cost of MXN $500 (USD $28) per day.

> 17 to 21 guests: A second additional assistant is required, for a total of 2 additional assistants, at an additional cost of MXN $500 (USD $28) per assistant, per day.



> If you would like cook services, they are available upon request for an additional fee of MXN $700 (USD $40) per day.



> We kindly ask that guests provide meals for the service staff during their stay. This staffing policy helps us ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service throughout their visit.



Christmas and New Year requires a 6 night stay at minimum stay.

From adult guest number 10 onwards, $ 25 USD will be charged for each extra guest per night. Please request a final price for these cases. No extra charge for children under 12 years old



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Las Brisas Sports Club which has swimming pools, a gym, steam locker rooms, tennis and paddle courts, as well as a restaurant and bar; You also have access to the Ecological Beach of Fraccionamiento, which has a loan service for towels, lounge chairs and kayaks. On the property you can access all the spaces of the property except the laundry room and the room on the top floor. It will only be accessible in exceptional cases and by making timely requests to the hosts.



The Neighborhood:

Las Brisas allows you to be close to both the Diamond Zone and the Coastal Zone. For many people the best views of the Bay can be seen from this point of the port. Security is strict and access to the subdivision is very controlled. There are security personnel at various points in the subdivision. There is also a great offer of restaurants, nightclubs, pharmacies and shops near the property. Inside Las Brisas there is a small store but with a great variety of basic necessity products just 3 minutes from the villa by car.



Getting Around:

The Las Brisas subdivision is accessed from the "Escénica" highway. The villa is in the lower part of the subdivision, so if you do not have your own car, an alternative is the safe taxis that operate within it and that are based at the booth.



Other Things to Note:

Guests can use the villa's squash court and ping pong table.

During your stay, our house manager and housekeeper will be available to assist you.



If needed, we can also provide a cook for $45 USD ($700 MXN) per day and a waiter for $35 USD ($600 MXN) per day, with a minimum of 2 nights. For groups of 15+ guests, one additional staff member is required, and for 20+ guests, a second additional staff member is required.



We will help you plan your menu and provide meal options throughout your stay, so you can simply relax and enjoy your vacation.

**The room at the pool level is not available for rent**



- POOL -

The pool is regularly serviced by a professional technician. Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance.
