This flat is the ideal place to relax after a hard day's work or a city trip.

The stunning bedroom is located on a gallery. From here you have a wonderful view over the flat. The comfortable box-spring bed measures 180 x 200 cm and offers maximum comfort. In addition to the stylish wardrobe rail, a chest of drawers offers plenty of space for your clothes. The colourful murals and the unusual ceiling light round off the stylish design.

The cosy living room with open-plan kitchen is located on the lower floor. From the sofa, you have a perfect view of the 55-inch (140 cm) 4K Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix. If required, you can convert the sofa bed into a comfortable bed in 2 simple steps.

Whether you order in food or cook for yourself, the kitchen has enough equipment to conjure up a 4-course meal for your loved one. In addition to the huge red fridge with ice compartment, the mobile induction hob and the bistro oven, there is also a Senseo coffee machine (including pods), a kettle and a stylish toaster for you to use. The dining table seats up to 3 people and can also be used for working. There are plenty of spices and a selection of teas in the cupboard so you can help yourself at any time.

The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower. The stylish mirror cabinet offers enough space for your toiletries. Sufficient towels are also provided. Soap, shower gel and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer, are ready for you in the bathroom cabinet.

You have access to all rooms within the flat. Feel at home, there are no locked rooms.

You have the whole flat to yourself during your stay. I am available around the clock by phone or via W-App and will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The flat is centrally located, close to the main railway station and the Stadtgarten. The trendy Rüttenscheid neighbourhood with its individual shops, diverse restaurants and trendy bars is also less than 10 minutes' walk away; the famous Folkwang Museum is even 2 minutes away. Public transport is 300 metres away (underground / bus / taxi). The main railway station is only 1 stop away, Messe Essen and Gruga Park 3 stops.

You can reach the A40 motorway in 2 minutes and the A52 towards Düsseldorf in 6 minutes.

The Düsseldorf trade fair centre and airport are 30 minutes away by car or train.
