Located in Broken Bow, Hilltop Lodge offers easy access to the area's most popular outdoor attractions. Spend your days hiking through Beavers Bend State Park, boating or kayaking on Broken Bow Lake, exploring the wineries, breweries, and restaurants in Hochatown, or ziplining, horseback riding, and fishing throughout the region. Back at the property, a small private lake is available for catch-and-release fishing, providing a quiet place to cast a line and enjoy the surrounding scenery.



The Space:

Designed with large groups in mind, Hilltop Lodge combines vintage character with spacious gathering areas that make it well suited for family reunions, church retreats, and group getaways. The living room includes a smart TV and provides a central place to relax between activities. The kitchen offers plenty of room for preparing meals, with a dining table for six nearby. Additional dining space is found in the adjoining living and dining area, where a table seats eight alongside a smaller round table for four, giving everyone a place to gather for meals, games, or conversation.



A second living area doubles as a game room, featuring another smart TV, three arcade games, ping pong, foosball, and a selection of board games for all ages. Whether you're spending the afternoon fishing by the lake, hosting a group meal, or enjoying a friendly tournament in the game room, Hilltop Lodge provides ample space for everyone to come together while preserving its distinctive vintage charm.



This home comfortably sleeps 27 guests between 5 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa and a twin size futon in the game room, as well as a full size bed and 2 sets of twin-over-full size bunk beds in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a twin size bed, and a set of queen-over-queen bunk beds.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a twin size futon, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed with desk and blue recliner



Loft - Full size bed and 2 twin over full bunk beds.

• Driveway parking for 6 vehicles available.

Private lake available for fishing only. No swimming, boats, jet skis, etc.
