Superbe maison dans un quartier calme de Baska. Cet appartement a un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Il se compose d'une chambre à coucher - dans le salon, il y a encore un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Il est équipé de la climatisation et de la télévision par satellite. Le parking privé se trouve à 300 mètres du logement.
La plage se trouve à 550 mètres de la propriété et le centre est à 600 mètres. L'épicerie la plus proche se trouve à 500 mètres de la propriété de vacances. Le restaurant environnant est à 500 mètres.
