As billed, the view from the balcony was stunning and we really made the most of it. And the location is fabulous.Sadly the rest of the property doesn't come up to scratch. Most of the furniture is old and worn, particularly in the bathroom, many light bulbs were dead (not a big deal but not what you expect). Cleaning bucket & mop is just stored in corner of the bathroom. Pretty much none of the windows shut securely with some of the external shutters apparently tied in place with rope. The beds in the second room were very small and one had enough ants on it to lead us on a search, finding some heaters and a travel cot stored under the bed that were very dusty & felt like they'd not been cleaned in months. Not a great start.I must say I'm not blamimg the cleaners who seem to have done a good job with the task they were given. In a place that is generally 30-40 degrees in the summer, the absence or air conditioning should be made obvious rather than just left silent to be assumed. (My mistake, but a costly one.)I hate leaving negative reviews but in this case it's hard to recommend the property and I'm sure there are much nicer options available.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review of one of our properties. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, the balcony and the location of the accommodation. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that some aspects of the apartment did not meet your expectations. We had not previously been informed about the condition of the furniture, shutters or the items stored under the bed, so we truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We will carefully inspect all of these points, including the light bulbs, and take the necessary steps to improve them for future guests. We also appreciate your comment regarding the air conditioning. However, we would like to clarify that the property features listed in our advertisements indicate that the accommodation does not have air conditioning, so this information is not omitted. Nevertheless, we completely understand that this detail may have been overlooked before booking, and we are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us to identify areas where we can improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with an even better experience. Kind regards, Ideal Property Mallorca 🌴💎

Fabulous property in a fab resort

From the initial contact with the letting agent to the time we arrived, everything went smoothly. An issue with the hairdryer was solved within hours. Lovely apartment and fabulous resort. Listing was very accurate. Will be back…

two ladies from Kings Langley

It was exactly what we wanted; 2 bedrooms, a nice lounge and that balcony!! Excellent balcony, great view over the port. Small kitchen but we were not planning to do much cooking.... Place was very clean on arrival and nothing was too much trouble - even had our taxi back to airport booked for us! Would definitely return - MANY THANKS!

Location was great, overall, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.

Location was great if you want to be right in the Port. Stunning view from the apartment balcony!! Everything was walkable. It can be hard to find parking if you have a rental car, just something to keep in mind as there is no parking spot. Fully equipped with everything you need for a longshort term stay. The wifi wasn't working for half of our stay (3 days) which ended up being pretty inconvenient. This might not be a recurring problem though and only a one time thing. Overall, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr guter Service.

Topp Lage in zweiter Linie
