The villa is located on a very beautiful and large yard with a view of the Kooibosch nature reserve behind the park. It was thoroughly renovated inside and out in the spring of 2018 after a transfer of ownership.

The highlight of the new, very well-equipped kitchen is a 5-burner gas stove with an electric oven. The dining area with the 2x1m solid wooden table and 6 chairs is a cozy meeting place to eat or just sit together. In the living area, the 2 display cabinets and the table, which have been renovated in a vintage look, catch the eye.
The top floor has a new vinyl floor with a wood look and 6 single box-spring beds are spread over 3 bedrooms. Small renovations have also been made in the bathroom.

A real highlight is the sunny south-facing garden, which is open to the nature reserve (bordered by a canal at the back), where you can really relax while observing nature. The garden naturally includes a terrace with a windbreak, a sturdy patio table with sufficient chairs and a large parasol - there is also an awning. The gazebo has several sun loungers that can be placed on the cozy wooden platform on the edge of the canal or on the large lawn - depending on the wishes of the guests. The garden is fenced at the front and right and left with hedges and/or fences and the privacy of the garden area has recently been increased with 2 wooden partitions including gates.

It is only a 1 km walk to the beautiful, wide and kilometer-long sandy beach. The distance to the bakery or supermarket is comparable.
