Holiday apartment B*** at the spa park Beautiful holiday apartment in a prime location with terrace - right by the spa park! 2-room apartment*** (47sqm) for 2-3 people with WiFi, one bedroom (plus sofa bed in the living room), 3rd person only possible as a child, not as an adult! Central, quiet location; only 2-5 minutes walk to the cable car/ski area, lagoon adventure pool, ice rink, center, train station, cinema and hiking trails. The modern and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is particularly suitable for couples and relaxing long-term holidays. Pets on request! Facilities: - large sheltered terrace with seating area, garden sofa set and wonderful view of the spa park. - large living/dining room with large sofa bed (160x200cm), TV and DVD music system - open kitchen with dishwasher and very good equipment - one bedroom with double bed, TV and 2 natural wood wardrobes. - Modern shower room with towel warmer, outside window and hairdryer. - Own parking space at the house. One convenience in apartment B*** when using the living room as a second bedroom is that the living room is not a walk-through room to the bedroom and bathroom. This ensures peace and quiet at night without disturbing anyone walking through. In addition, latecomers can also get into the apartment via the patio door with the apartment key. Breakfast is optionally available in the Loft Hotel (directly next door) ATTENTION - important information for clubs!!! As a precaution, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value cultured guests and do not want or tolerate "excessive sociability" - such as parties, loud music and other boisterous celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants - but behave appropriately in the house and show consideration for the neighbors, you are welcome guests. In this regard, we ask you to objectively assess yourself as to whether you are a good fit for us. Please also note §12 of our No rental to pure party clubs, stag parties, "social" sports clubs, twenty-something groups under 30 years old! .

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!
Please note the following important information:
1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible. For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!
2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.
Further exceptions for arrivals/departures: Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday) Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday) Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights) Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights) Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday! Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day
You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.
In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.
Security Deposit: A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property. The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.
Terms of payment: - 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation. - Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival - For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. - Cash payment on site is not possible!

Jederzeit wieder
Es war -wie letztes Jahr- wieder super. Gerne wieder! Es gab wohl in einer Wohnung im Haus kein Warmwasser und es wurde sich direkt nach uns erkundigt, indem die Verwaltung uns anrief. Zum Glück waren wir nicht betroffen aber die vorausschauende Art der Verwaltung hat uns gut gefallen.
