Villa Stonehouse is a beautiful rustic house located just 3.5 km from the sea and the town of Umag, a renowned Istrian gem that captivates with its Mediterranean charm. On a fully enclosed property, guests can use a pool, two covered terraces with seating sets, a barbecue, and two parking spaces.The holiday home for 6 people on 100 square meters is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, along with a bathroom in the hallway. All rooms are air-conditioned.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
