With easy access to Port Angeles and other attractions, this vacation home offers a comfortable, stylish way to enjoy the Olympic Peninsula while enjoying a calm retreat from modern stresses.



Just four miles from downtown Port Angeles, the Sleeping Raven Woodland Retreat is surrounded by tranquil, green woods. The one-level property is accessible by wheelchair, and offers ample parking space for cars and recreational vehicles alike, as well as a covered shed for boats to stay before going out to the Port Angeles waters.



The Space:

Retro-modern architectural design make this home utterly unique, with spacious vaulted ceilings, large windows for plentiful natural light, and gorgeous wood, tile, and brickwork.



Step outside the living room's glass doors to enjoy the views on the wrap-around deck. Retire on the plush furnishings, including a luxurious leather recliner. A brick-work fireplace keeps the room nice and toasty during the wintertime, and with complimentary WiFi, you can use the Smart TV to enjoy some Netflix.



The kitchen has ample wrap-around countertops and standard appliances, including a dishwasher. Four guests each can eat in the breakfast nook by the fireplace or table by the woodstove, and enjoy warmth, comfort, and great views of nature out the windows.



Six guests at a time can rest in the Sleeping Raven Woodland Retreat's three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a luxurious four-poster king bed. The second bedroom offers a generous queen, with the third bedroom's two twins guaranteeing everyone a good night's sleep. Two full bathrooms and a private washer/dryer will keep everyone clean and refreshed before heading out to meet the day.



Port Angeles offers an amazing host of activities for guests to explore. In addition to the shops, restaurants, and downtown sculptures to appreciate, families can take walking Heritage Tours of the city, visit museums and galleries, or take a whale-watching trip with the Port Angeles Whale Watch Company. Take a scenic 70-mile drive along the Olymipa Highway, and check out Madison Falls 13 miles to the east. With Victoria, B.C. just a ferry ride away, access to one of Canada's most charming cities is right at your fingertips!

Quiet, lovely, well-appointed. Like living in a treehouse. 10 mins into Port Angeles and about as close as you can get to Olympic NP entryway for hiking. Love the little placards explaining the art on the wall.

Don’t hesitate!

This home is perfect. We had quick access to grocery stores and restaurants and to all of the hiking spots we planned for our itinerary. The home was clean, plenty of space for four ladies, and a well stocked kitchen (utensils/essentials). Don’t hesitate to book this home. You won’t be sorry!

This house is conveniently located within ten minutes of downtown Port Angeles, but situated in a quiet woodland area. It's comfortable, attractively decorated, and very well equipped--especially in the kitchen. Although it has a very nice wrap-around deck, we found ourselves staying inside, where we cooked and talked and read (there is good lighting for reading). The master bedroom is beautiful, with a very handsome and comfy king bed, bedside tables, chairs, walk-in closet, and a gorgeous and spacious bathroom. Situated at a corner of the house, this room has good cross ventilation. There is a kitchen table just off the cooking area and also a large dining table in the living room. living room furniture is comfortable and includes an ergonomically designed recliner (readers in our party competed to sit there). The kitchen is distanced from the bedrooms, so if you get up before others in the party and want to make coffee, you can do that without waking anyone. We'd love to stay here again.The property changed from Vacasa to Casago management between our placing the reservation and arriving. It seems a good change; there were no problems with communication.

OMG - this house is beautiful! I feel someone should be living here! So much to appreciate! (So spoiled by the heated floor in the master bath!) Aside from the quality of the house, it is very well appointed. Everything was very thought out and in anticipation of the renter's needs. Very nice coffee/tea/snack basket. Located close to the Hurricane Ridge area of the NP and convenient to downtown Port Angeles. I thought it was a bit pricey when I reserved this property, but now I know why. The listing doesn't begin to reflect the quality of this house! Highly recommend if you want something special.
