Great vacation, loved having coffee each morning on the balcony. Good views of the beach. Kids loved the beach and the pool! Great condo for family of 5!

Excellent place to stay, close to the beach, quiet area away from the traffic, and a clean, comfortable unit for 5 women. We will stay here again!

Great location!

Excellent location. Quiet area, perfect for families or adults not looking to be in the mix of high traffic area. Condo very clean, beach well kept, pool was nice! Will stay here again!

The unit wasn't as updated, new, nice as we were expecting. The sofa bed is absolutely terrible and should be tossed. You can see stains through the sheets on the mattress. There was either blood or rust on the bathroom mirror. There was only 4 of us staying and felt very crowded with how small the kitchen and living area are. Minimal cooking utensils. If you have someone rented in the unit I think you should keep basic pan spray, salt and pepper. Extra towels too, there's no way we would have had enough if we had the max 6 people there with towels. Overall our weekend was fine and we made the best of it but we probably won't be back.

The location is fantastic, which is why we keep coming back. However it is hard to tell if you are getting one of the very front beach front condos or not. We thought that’s what we booked but we were wrong. Also the security guy is terrible to deal with. Don’t expect a civil conversation with him. The elevator broke twice during our stay and the stairwell next to our room was under repair. If the beach access wasn’t phenomenal we would not stay at seascape, but we love the beach spot and the kitchen. The condo itself was was great and well stocked.

Very nice access to the beach

We would come back here again. The condos are very nice and so accessible to the beach. A nice pool. They have elevators but we were a little disappointed they weren't working this time. That is very hard to get up the stairs with coolers and luggage. So hopefully that will be fixed the next time we come back. We would have liked to be able to have music at the pool during the day but they don't allow that at anytime. That's not a deal-breaker but it would have been nice. Would recommend this place.

The location was excellent with the ocean & beach steps from the room as well as a pool & hot tub! The couch cushions could be updated, but for the price it was a great stay!!

Property as advertised great location only steps from the beach. The only reason not 5 stars is the master bedroom patio furniture (very rusted).

Spring break with the family

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The condo is right on the beach and the pool/hot tub was great. Everyone was friendly and it was perfect for our family of 5. We had an issue with the combination when we arrived, but the customer service number fixed the problem in a few minutes.
