The stay was great. Wish they had a working elevator and need to replace the toaster. The balconies were a plus and short walk to the beach.

Place was clean and beach path is visible from deck views. Bring your groceries because you won't want to leave the beach front. Communication from landlord was mostly emails and being on vacation, I unplug from tech. The directions for leaving could have been sent prior to check in or maybe texted instead. We will be back though, this place is a steal.

The host wouldn’t let us check in a little early even though we had gotten a text earlier in the week stating we could. They said they had to make sure the house was clean before we go in. We were there waiting for 45 minutes no one came out before we were able to go inside and there was a nasty moldy smell from the kitchen. There was old water in the dishwasher that clearly had been there for a few days. It was irritating they said they were making sure the house was clean when it was obvious no one had been there the previous night. There was a hole in the wall next to the door to the patio and one of the toilet seats was broken. For them to state they wanted to make sure everything was nice and clean before we got in there, it wasn’t.

Great Beach Condo!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with friends. It was a great condo and this unit is on the end, which is nice. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and soft towels and beach towels were provided. There is a beach view and it is a very short walk to the beach. Would recommend!

Good location - property management needs work

The location is great. You can walk to a mini mart and gas station. There is a bait shop across the street. The beach is easy to get to. Because it's a little bit out of town, it is quieter and less populated. The condo itself was well decorated. There are tvs in all bedrooms. We had issues with ants in the condo (bug spray and traps were provided upon request) and that they only provided one kitchen trash bag for 5 people staying over 5 days. We were told they do not provide extras, so we used our grocery sacks as trash bags. I would absolutely stay in this complex again, but not this particular condo.

Beautiful Home Near the Beach

Excellent home for vacation near the beach. We really enjoyed our time. The view from balcony was also very good. The toilet door on the first floor does not lock properly. The owner may look into the issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.
