Tucked in the laid-back Sea Isle beach community, Jewel of the Isle is a bright and breezy coastal home just minutes from the sand. With two comfortable bedrooms, an open-concept layout, and a fenced yard, itâs an easygoing escape for families, couples, or small groups looking to soak up the Galveston sun.
â WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
â Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas
â Beach Access: Sea Isle beach access is a 3 min drive.
â Community Amenities: Sea Isle: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee â open Memorial Day thru Labor Day â and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.
â Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
â WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
â Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed
â Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking
Step inside and drop your bags. The heart of the home is a relaxed living area that brings together the kitchen, dining space, and lounge â perfect for unwinding after a day by the shore. Soft coastal tones and natural light give the space an airy, beachy vibe from the moment you arrive.
To the right of the kitchen, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the house, the second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk, also with its own attached bathroom â ideal for kids or a mixed group of travelers.
Outside, thereâs a small porch for enjoying your morning coffee and a fenced yard below, perfect for a laid-back afternoon barbecue or simply letting the sea breeze roll in.
â Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
â Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
â Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighborsâ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
