This is a beautiful property: new, modern and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Our only frustration was accessing the house when we arrived. The code didn't work. We called and were given a new code which also didn't work but fortunately someone had come by and left a key for us. There also was no hair dryer but after contacting the Guest Experience Team a hair dryer was delivered pronto. Overall a great stay!

Comfortable! This home is very spacious and modern. The ceiling fans in all the rooms were phenomenal in cooling us during the 4th of July weekend. The nice, open concept of the living room, kitchen and dining room allowed us to visit with good conversations and laughter. Highly recommended and would definitely book here again.

Comfortable and spacious house just minutes from all the beaches. We had a wonderful time together. Beautiful kitchen/dining/living room. We would stay there again!!Thank you for a fantastic family vacation!!!

Nice house, we were there for baseball so down time was imperative.. there’s only 1 tv in the whole house with two kids and three adults that’s not ideal. There were ants everywhere and I mean everywhere we were all bitten. We informed them and they sent someone who spent less than 5 minutes assessing and addressing the situation. All he did was spray the entry way so the ants thrived inside still. The gate was locked to the backyard so we had to bring all of our equipment inside. Nice house but didn’t fit our needs.

Good not great

The bit with guest services as listed just tainted the experience. We didn't hate it and it didn't ruin our stay. But it will make us talk through the options Aside from that issue the house was great it was fun all staying together, the house had everything we needed. We will for sure add it to our list to check for houses through vacasa in the future.

Great location. My wife and I and two other couples stayed here for a week. It was easy to get to and travel from several day trips. Very comfortable house to have several people in. Three bathrooms two of which had walk-in showers. Kitchen supplies are at a minimum so you might have to purchase items to cook with.

Beautiful, clean place to stay in a nice neighborhood. The air controls were too closely controlled. With the humidity there, I got a little warm. My only other complaint is the lack of coffee. For the price, coffee should be provided. Very nice location near plenty of restaurants. I would recommend this house if the few items mentioned were addressed.

The house itself was truly exceptional – spacious beyond our expectations, and equipped with every modern convenience imaginable. It felt luxurious and comfortable, providing ample space for our entire family to relax and enjoy our vacation.The subdivision itself added to the overall positive experience. Its new construction ensured everything felt fresh and clean, while the quiet and safe environment allowed us to completely unwind. We felt secure and comfortable throughout our stay.The location was ideal. The easy highway access made trips to the beach a breeze, and the proximity to various grocery stores and restaurants provided unparalleled convenience. We never had to travel far for anything we needed.Finally, the property management team provided outstanding 24/7 customer service. Their responsiveness was remarkable; every question we had was answered promptly, efficiently, and with a genuine friendly demeanor.
