With room for 16 guests, a gorgeous kitchen, multiple living and dining areas, and a half-acre of landscaped gardens, this retreat is perfect for families or groups. Explore the charming seaside town of Warrenpoint, go mountain biking in Kilbroney Park, hike Cloughmore, or simply unwind in this dream setting. Experience the best of Northern Ireland from this spacious, luxurious, and peaceful getaway.
Tucked away in the heart of the Mournes, this luxurious retreat isn’t just a stay—it’s an event in itself. *
The four-bedroom detached home boasts privacy, comfort, and personality in equal measure.
Expect breathtaking views from every angle, whether you’re inside snuggled up or out exploring.
Set on half an acre of grounds, there’s plenty of room to roam, relax, and run wild (kids and grown-ups alike).
Sip your morning coffee on the patio, take a wander through the local trails, or head out for an adrenaline-pumping mountain bike ride—you’re surrounded by nature at its best.
Inside, the home is stylish, spacious, and just a bit fabulous.
Sleeping up to 16 guests, it’s ideal for family get togethers or chilled weekends with friends.
Each of the four bedrooms comes with its own ensuite bathroom, so there’s no queueing for shower!
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up a feast (or a round of cocktails).
There’s a separate dining room and a sunroom—both perfect for long, lazy meals with a mountain view.
The living area is cosy and inviting, complete with a log fireplace for snuggling up on cooler evenings.
And when you`re ready for some fun? The huge games room has you covered—ideal for everything from board games to darts.
If you step outside you will find that the Newcastle and Rostrevor region is brimming with things to do.
Stroll through Kilbroney Park, climb up Cloughmore for epic views, or explore the buzzing food and coffee scene.
Keep an eye out for local events too—from the Blues On The Bay Festival to the cosy Christmas markets, there’s always something going on.
Whether you’re up for adventure or after some well-earned peace and quiet, this bold, beautiful pink retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable escape.
