Modern apartment for 3 guests, with fantastic views of the city of Makarska, the sea and the Dalmatian islands of Hvar and Brac. The apartment is located on the first floor and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway, an open living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining table, as well as a 6m² terrace with a view of the sea and an awning and seating.



The living area has a kitchen with a ceramic hob, crockery, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as a dining area.



The bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm double bed and has a sea view. An additional person can sleep on the sofa in the living area. A cot and high chair for children are available on request.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet, a hairdryer is provided, as well as towels and bedding. A washing machine is available on the ground floor of the house.



Satellite TV and WiFi are available free of charge, as is air conditioning in all rooms. Guest parking is available directly at the house. The apartment is 35m² in size, the terrace has an additional 6m².



On the ground floor of the house there is also a communal room, the Konoba, equipped with a brick grill and seating area.



The apartment building is located in a quiet residential area, on Veliko Brdo, the hill above the city of Makarska, surrounded by olive groves and greenery. The sea and beach are about 1 km away. It is 1.5 km to the city centre of Makarska.
