Welcome to the 150 m² holiday apartment “Zur schönen Aussicht” in Dortmund-Holthausen.

Our spacious holiday apartment is located on the first floor and offers plenty of room for families, groups, tradespeople, business travelers, and trade fair visitors. The accommodation has several sleeping areas and can accommodate up to 11 guests.

A particular highlight is the large roof terrace with approximately 90 m² of space and a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. There you will find an outdoor whirlpool that can be used year-round and accommodates up to 6 people at once. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower and toilet.

The large kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and well-suited for shared meals and longer stays. Amenities include a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker.

The living area offers comfortable seating and sleeping options, as well as a television. A washing machine and dryer are also available for longer stays.

Large windows and the quiet location directly adjacent to a field create a pleasant atmosphere with views of the surrounding greenery.
