Completed in 2023, this spacious 91 m² apartment offers breathtaking mountain views and a large sun terrace. Whether you're travelling as a family or with friends, you'll enjoy a holiday where you can leave the car behind and reach the village's highlights within just a few minutes on foot.



Amenities

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. Two inviting bedrooms feature two king-size double beds, complemented by a bunk bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. A modern bathroom and a separate toilet provide additional convenience for families and groups.



The bright living and dining area is designed for spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need for relaxed holiday cooking. Once again a great stay!

We stayed here again recently, this time with friends for a ski trip. The apartment was just as clean, comfortable, and well equipped as before. The location is perfect and everything is close by. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again.

A perfect getaway

I recently stayed with my family in the beautiful apartment Familienferienwohnung Zentral in Brand and I can say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment itself has comfort and style. The living room was decorated with tasteful furniture and had a cozy atmosphere in which we immediately felt at home. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with box-sping beds and we had a wonderful sleep. The fact that there were also games and a smart TV for the family really made it a family-friendly accommodation. One of the highlights of the apartment was the beautiful view from the big balcony and terrace. It was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax while breathing in the fresh mountain air. The location of the apartment is also a big plus. It is very centrally located, close to shops, restaurants. In addition, the area offered numerous activities, such as hiking, 18 holes golf court, cycling and swimming. All in all, I can highly recommend Familienferienwohnung Zentral in Brand to families and friends looking for a comfortable accommodation.

Einfach schön

Es war wieder sehr schön in Brand! Es fehlte leider zwei kleine Handtücher auf den Toiletten zum abtrocknen der Hände. Der Kühlschrank war auf "Urlaub" eingestellt und somit hatte er 15°. Es hat eine Weile gedauert bis wir das Menü verstanden haben und ihn umstellen konnten.

Fantastisch (wintersport)verblijf!

Wat een top locatie! Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen in een charmant, klein dorp waar alles op loopafstand is – van de bakker tot de skilift. Ideaal voor wie houdt van rust, maar toch alle voorzieningen dichtbij wil hebben. Ook heel goed bereikbaar met de auto vanuit Nederland. Echt een aanrader voor een ontspannen en complete wintersportvakantie!

Alles was perfect! Prachtig ruim appartement met ruim terras. Goede ligging in het dorp. Heerlijke bedden, goede uitgeruste keuken met grote eettafel, gezellige bar in ruime woonkamer. Super vakantie gehad en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!! Niets!!!

Tolle Wohnung

Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die gut eingerichtete Küche, die gute Isolation Nachbarn oder Treppenhaus waren nicht zu hören. Alles war sehr sauber! Der Wohnungsverwalter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gar nichts zu bemängeln! Nur als feedback, das treppenhaus wurde gereinigt, danach roch es extrem nach dem reiniger zusätzlich war der boden sehr rutschig. Ich hätte interpretiert dass das reinigungs falsch gewählt war und zu hoch dosiert. Das feedback gebe ich nicht als reklamation aber ich denke der boden könnte schaden nehmen resp. jemand ausrutschen. (Ehem hauswirtschafterin in alterszentrum)
