Definitely a 5 star place. Unit was clean, had what we needed in the kitchen, wi-fi, cable tv (lots of football games during the holidays), and was comfortable. Loved where it was located as we are fans of both the Cuban Coffee Queen and the Green Parrot - especially enjoyed Monday’s Bingo Nights supporting charity. Thank you for letting us rent your place for New Year’s week!!

Perfect location

This was our first time to the Keys and the location of the condo was perfect. We rented bikes for the week and bicycled or walked everywhere. Very well stocked kitchen and very clean.

Enjoyed Truman Annex townhouse

Property was conveniently located near old town Key West. The two bedroom and one and a half bath townhouse was perfect for our family. House was stocked with all the essentials to feel right at home.

Love Island bound!

The property was perfect for our trip! It was immaculate and well-stocked. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, wash cloths, dishes, etc. At other properties, we’ve had to do laundry and dishes several times during the stay. Not here. :-). The location is great, just inside Truman Annex. Check-in and check-out were also super easy. I contacted the owner with a few questions, and he was quick to respond. We will try to get this unit again on our next trip.

Key West

Beautiful area of Key West, quiet yet 2 blocks from all the Key West activities. The house is clean, well supplied with a great front porch and back deck. Easy access to take bikes out of the back porch to ride around the town. Chris the host is very friendly and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend this home- but hesitate because we want to keep it as our little secret!!!

Awesome!

It was our first time in Key West. The location was the best! The condo was close to Duval, Fort Zachary State Park and Beach, Mallory Square etc. Great little pool a few doors down in the condo community Condo was clean and in excellent condition. We absolutely loved every minute! Planning on visiting this condo again next year.

Beatiful condo in a perfect location

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location (close to things to do but away from the noisiest parts of town), beautiful layout with nice outdoor spaces, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and well stocked. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot that felt secure, and the host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Great value for the area. Highly recommend!

Nice place have to say overall very clean place. Had no problems at all Pool ppl were friendly and location is just 2 blocks from Duval Street. You only need a car if you want to head up the Keys.

Great trip to Key West.

We had a great time in Key West. The property was great and in a wonderful location. As a separate note, I would advise that the parking agency for Truman Annex has separate parking requirements. I was not notified about a maximum length of vehicles allowed to park on the site. My truck was considered too long and we were not allowed to park in the assigned parking space which was included with the stay. We were told at 10:30 at night that we needed to park on the street. This was highly unprofessional of the separate parking company. I would recommend to future owners that the maximum length is 18'6" for vehicles. I had to park off site and spend additional funds for uber rides.

Great location!

We stayed with our family of four for a week and we were very pleased! Chris was very helpful and responsive with any and all of our questions. The location is within walking distance of everything and being in Truman annex felt very safe. New A/C worked great, everything was very clean and internet was very fast. Lots of beach towels to take to the beach with us, comfortable beds and it was also nice to have a pool near by. We loved the beach at Fort Zachary as well! If you visit make sure to check the calendar for the amphitheater. We happened to be there for their free 200 year celebration, which included a concert, history of the keys and a 250 drone “firework” show which was amazing!

New Year’s Eve in Key West

Great location nice condo, Bed wasn’t very comfortable and air conditioner was very loud and not being able to adjust the temperature below 74° was the only complaint we had, it got hot during the day, couldn’t imagine what it’s like in the summer.

The home has one of the most convenient locations in Key West. Situated in a beautiful gated community, just a short two blocks from Duval St. and on the way to Fort Zachary Beach. The community has great neighbors, a strong association and beautiful grounds to walk through.
