The Space:

Charming Hillside Cottage is a property that combines modern amenities with a cosy style. The interiors are designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. In the spacious living room, you'll find comfortable seating and a TV with cable access, perfect for evening entertainment. An indoor fireplace will add warmth and charm to your evenings. Free WiFi is available on-site, allowing for seamless remote work.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. You'll find a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, a microwave, and a kettle. A coffee maker, toaster, and a set of wine glasses are also provided. A large dining table accommodates all guests, ensuring comfortable conditions for shared meals.



In the bathroom, a hairdryer and basic toiletries like body soap await you. We also provide extra pillows and blankets to make your sleep as comfortable as possible. For our youngest guests, we have prepared books and toys. For your safety, the house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the extensive garden, which offers ideal conditions for recreation. You can play football, badminton, relax on outdoor seating furniture, use the fire pit, or prepare meals on the barbecue grill. The path to the entrance is lit at night, ensuring convenience and safety.



Free private parking for two cars is available on site. Guests also have access to a sauna, which is perfect for relaxation after an exciting day.



A private Finnish sauna is available exclusively for your use, with access directly from the bathroom. Use of the sauna is subject to an additional charge based on actual electricity consumption, at a rate of PLN 3 per kWh.



If you plan to bring a pet, please note that they are welcome. However, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance about the presence of your four-legged friend. The fee for 1 pet is PLN 100, and for 2 pets it is PLN 150 for the entire stay.



Parties and celebrations are welcome, provided you inform us in advance. We kindly ask you to be considerate of our neighbours, behave respectfully, and finish the event at the agreed time.



The Neighborhood:

Charming Hillside Cottage is located in the picturesque village of Wojcieszyce, in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Chojnik Castle, which is about a 10-15 minute drive away. The surrounding forests, situated right behind the cottage, invite you for long walks, and you can even hike to Szklarska Poręba.



Numerous tourist attractions are nearby. In about 15 minutes, you can reach Szklarska Poręba, famous for mountain excursions and winter sports. Jakuszyce, about 25 minutes away, is a paradise for cross-country skiing enthusiasts, as well as hiking and cycling. Cieplickie Thermal Baths (about 10 minutes drive) offer relaxation in thermal pools and plenty of attractions for the whole family. Pilchowickie Lake, about 15 minutes away, is ideal for water sports and admiring a beautiful old bridge. Jelenia Góra, with its museums and charming old town, is about a 10-15 minute drive, and the Bóbr River invites you for kayaking trips.



Getting Around:

The most convenient way to reach Charming Hillside Cottage is by car. Free private parking is available on-site, ensuring comfort and security for your vehicle. The property is located on an easily accessible road, making it convenient to travel around the area and reach the numerous tourist attractions of the Karkonosze Mountains.



Other Things to Note:

Please respect the neighbours' peace and quiet and refrain from playing loud music outdoors.
