Holiday home in South Sweden at the Baltic coast



This beautiful holiday home will be found at the East Coast of Sweden in a higher and detached location, right in the middle of the holiday home complex of Kaggebo, with even a partial view of the sea.

You will live here only a few hundred meters away from the waterfront in a summer oasis with tennis court (for an extra fee), swimming pool, a pool for the children and a summer kiosk in your neighborhood.



The house has two bedrooms with 2 plus 3 places to sleep, a light and cosy living room with open fire, another room with sofa bed as well as a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.



In addition the domicile has two terraces, one of them is partially covered and has a view of the sea "to some extent". A large natural property belongs to the house.



In the surrounding you will find even two places for bathing at the sea with cliffs/rocks and somewhat sandy beach. There are small pathes along the waterfront where you can go for a romantic walk in the evening.

The holiday home complex of Kaggebo is part of the skerries named "Tjust skärgård" with the town of Valdemarsvik (20 km away) as the nearest larger locality. The summer pearl of "Västervik" is only 50 km away from here and in Lofthammar (20 km away) golfers will find the nearest course for their sport.



The holiday home is not suited for persons with walking difficulties (physically disabled persons).



2 bedrooms (1. with double bed, 2. with bunk bed and single bed). Extra place to sleep in the living room: sofa bed.
