Welcome to Villa Lotte, a spacious holiday home with sauna near a lake in Småland, located in the small village of Alsterbro. Only around 70 metres from the nearest lake, the house combines a peaceful setting, plenty of nature and extensive facilities for relaxing family holidays.

The villa was most recently renovated in 2024 and offers approximately 110 m² of living space for up to 8 guests. There are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making the house well suited for larger families or friends travelling together.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm. The second bedroom has an extendable single bed that can be used as a double bed if required. The spacious family room features a double bed, a single bed and a baby cot.

The cosy living area invites you to relax after a day outdoors. Especially on cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove creates a pleasant atmosphere and an authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling.

For entertainment, Wi-Fi, 2 televisions, Smart TV, books and board games are available.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Facilities include a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, additional freezer compartment or freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and blender. A separate dining room provides plenty of space for shared meals.

The 2 bathrooms with showers are particularly practical when staying with several guests.

The villa is also well equipped for longer stays. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for private use.

A baby cot and high chair are provided for families with young children. Children and babies are very welcome.

A particular highlight of Villa Lotte is the private sauna, which is available during your stay. After an excursion, hike or day by the lake, you can relax here and enjoy a peaceful end to the day.

A table tennis table also provides additional entertainment during your holiday.

The house is set on a property of approximately 2,100 m² with a garden, terrace and plenty of space to relax. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and charcoal barbecue are also available. A fire pit invites you to spend cosy evenings outdoors.

The nearest lake is only around 70 metres from the holiday home. A rowing boat and canoe are available free of charge, allowing you to explore the Småland lake landscape directly from the water.

A motor can optionally be added to the rowing boat for an additional fee, subject to availability. An additional security deposit of €200 is required for the motor. Without the motor, the boat can of course be used free of charge as a rowing boat.

A family-friendly swimming area is located around 2 kilometres from the house. It features a gently sloping sandy beach, playground, bathing jetty with diving tower and spacious areas for relaxing and sports.

Local amenities are also easy to access. In Alsterbro, you will find a supermarket, pizzeria and petrol station.

The central location in Småland also provides numerous possibilities for day trips. Families can visit Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World, where Pippi Longstocking, Emil of Lönneberga and many other well-known characters come to life.

Several moose parks around Nybro and Kosta are also within easy reach.

Guests interested in Swedish glassmaking can visit the famous Kingdom of Crystal with its traditional glassworks.

For a trip to the Baltic Sea, Kalmar with its well-known castle and historic old town is a good destination. From there, the Öland Bridge takes you to the island of Öland with its beaches, nature reserves and small coastal villages.

A visit to Kleva Gruva, a historic mine, is another varied excursion option.

Villa Lotte is a non-smoking holiday home and pets are not permitted. The house is also allergy-friendly.

Final cleaning is already included. Bed linen and towel packages can be booked optionally.

During the low season, electricity is charged according to actual consumption.

A refundable security deposit of €200 is required for the holiday home.
