Belle maison avec vue sur l'océan dans la région de Ramey, meilleur emplacement, proche de tout !!

Casa Pura Vida est une maison de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain très joliment meublée avec une vue sur l'océan depuis la falaise qui surplombe l'une des plus belles plages de Porto Rico. Profitez de regarder les navires passer, les couchers de soleil et les baleines (janvier - mars).

Cette maison a un lit king size dans le maître et un lit double et double dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a un beau salon, un coin salon et une salle à manger formelle. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, notamment:

Cuisinière / four, grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, casseroles, poêles, plats, ustensiles et argenterie.

La maison est entièrement climatisée. Il a satellite avec plat
TV écran, WiFi, laveuse et sécheuse, BBQ,
meubles de patio, et une cour fermée privée avec portail électrique, terrasse nouvellement ajoutée sur le toit. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme et sûr.

Always a great stay!

With a beautiful view of the Atlantic in the safety of the Ramey neighborhood . This rental is perfect for families and surfers and especially families of surfers !!!

Perfect for family vacation

Very safe and quiet neighborhood located in Ramey base area. Beautiful home with all the amenities. Close to airport, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect Little Slice of Heaven

House was nice, beds very comfortable. ouse well maintained with good supply of items needed while there. Would suggest on Counter Clear sign for WIFI login This was our first time using VRBO. We we're out of the property most of the time during the day.

Nice place in a good location

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed besides food. The only downside is that you can't walk to the beach from the house, but it's only a short drive. And there's some construction work being done near the home that makes it a little harder to enjoy the ocean view from the roof top.

A welcome getaway

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Vrbo. The host's communication was impeccable, ensuring that all my inquiries were promptly addressed. Paradise found!

This was our first time back to Puerto Rico since we sold our home there 2 1/2 years ago, which we had for 30 plus years. We had the most wonderful time staying in this home. Every morning we would watch for whales from the roof top patio. The view was breathe taking. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly. It was a joy to be 10 minutes from our favorite beach, crashboat. We had all the amenities we could have asked for. Great location for shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 2023

This was an amazing house for our family surf Trip. We had plants of room. Everything was provided for us from towels to dishes and comfy beds and couches. They have this place beautifully decorated. I love the deck on top that over looked the ocean. I would definitely come back and rent this place again. We felt safe in a lovely neighborhood right next to the Coast Gaurd Base. Security patrolled all hours of the day and night. I can’t wait to come back to Puerto Rico. It was so nice to spend time with my husband, son and his friend. Having this place made our vacation easy. Thank you for the pride you have put into this home!

Relaxing week & incredible sunsets

We really enjoyed our week at Vistalmar. The location was central to everything on the island - we went to a different beach each day - however a car is a must. The property was spotless & the landscaping was gorgeous. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, although a barbeque grill on the property would have been a nice plus. The only drawbacks are that a couple of nights we were woken up by barking dogs - there are a lot of strays on the island - and there was an unexpected $25 charge to use the washer/dryer. Kind of pricy for one load the entire week. It was nice to walk to the Fish House for dinner. We also had excellent oceanfront meals at Zeerover (2x) and Marina Pirata, which are close by. All in all, we'll definitely be back to Aruba and will definitely consider staying again at Vistalmar.

It was mostly a very pleasant experience. But there were a few slight issues with the entry gate not functioning and some water puddles collecting in the living room upon arrival. However, after we reset the gate and dried the floor, those issues did not recur throughout our stay. Also, the water temperature is very difficult to control in the bathroom, and the A/C in the back bedroom does not function well at all. It was very warm in that room throughout the entire stay. The master bedroom and living room area had excellent A/C. Other than that, the stay really was nice. It's in a great location with beautiful views and a nice yard. We spent as much time as we could in the yard, and our children loved it. We would definitely come back if the A/C unit in the back bedroom was replaced.

Great place to recharge

We were not there for vacation, so our visit was a somber occasion. The BnB was an excellent place to recharge our bodies and minds to get us through what we had to do. It was clean, quiet, beds were comfortable, a/c in the whole house (it was blazing hot outside) and the upstairs patio was the perfect place to go and just sit. I'm so happy I found this house, they (owners, maint and cleaning, etc) did a fantastic job of making you feel welcome.

Pura Vida... more like Pure Magia!

Jill & Scott's property is truly magical! It's bright, clean, and perfectly stocked with everything you could need. Not to mention how wonderfully attentive Jill was during our stay - regardless of the nature of our questions regarding the property or the surrounding area. The roof top deck was a favorite for all as were the local beaches and bakeries. We would love to return!!!

Super clean, great location, near everything! Everything as advertised Rooftop deck was great early morning and evening but no awning so full sun all day. So sorry for the inconvenience of the outlet near the master bed and the night stand. The unit was remodeled in 2012-13 and outlets and room for a night stand in the master I guess was not important to the previous owner. The outdoor table was broken by a previous guest and will be removed and replaced. Again so sorry for any inconvenience.

Very comfortable house!

We had a great time during our stay! The property was in a great location for us and was very clean. The king bed was also very comfortable and we slept great! It came with beach chairs which was nice as well for our beach trips. The only issue was something that just happens in PR and is out of everyone’s control- the water kept shutting off for us. Otherwise we had a great stay and recommend staying here!

Quiet and convenient

My wife and daughter were supposed to go to PR with me but in the end it was just me. I lived and worked on the island for about ten years, at various points in time, including the period of time where our two daughters were born on the island in the 90s. For me, Ramey is centrally located to my go-to surf spots, so it was super convenient, and there was good surf during my stay. I'm also 61 years old now and appreciate good rest and quiet workspace to work remote, etc. It was great connecting with a few of my lifelong friends still living in the area, getting work done and getting waves all in one place. This rental had all the amenities for a perfect stay, as well. Hope to return next year with family!

This property is on Cliff road which is centrally located to the most beautiful beaches and some of the most famous surfing locations. There was never a second thought when deciding to purchase our vacation destination and share as a vacation rental. Property was removed for short term rentals for recovery from Hurricane Maria and after 2 years of some long term rentals and getting things back to normal we are ready again for you to enjoy.
