Mart's Hüs I and II offer more than just holiday accommodation – in every corner, in every detail, the connection to Sylt is reflected. Each part of the house is individually and personally designed, so that you feel at home from the very first moment.

A short walk of only about 8 minutes separates you from the roaring sea and the endless sandy beach, inviting you to relaxed hours and refreshing sea breezes. But not only the natural beauty, also the lively hustle and bustle of the city is at your feet. Numerous shopping opportunities and first-class restaurants are just waiting to be discovered by you.

Step inside and let yourself be enchanted by Mart's Hüs I. Even the entrance hall with its inviting wardrobe and guest toilet conveys a feeling of luxury and comfort. The spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen and access to your own terrace with a Friesenwall is a place where convivial evenings and culinary delights are at home. Here, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace that conjures up a cozy atmosphere in no time, a large LED smart TV, and tasteful furnishings that delight the eye. Natural stone floors and high-quality parquet contribute to the upscale equipment.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds and stylish built-in furniture. Cabinets with integrated mirrors provide the finishing touch. A modern shower room with a washer-dryer completes the equipment. In the attic, another cozy bed, spacious built-in wardrobes, and an additional shower room await you.

In summer, you have garden furniture and a beach chair on your terrace. A private parking space is also reserved for you, and for your bicycles, there is a garden shed where they are securely stored.

For your electric car, a charging station is available for a fee.
