Maison 'Saumane, Petite Bergerie' avec piscine privée, Wi-Fi et climatisation
Gîte climatisé entièrement rénové pour 2 / 4 personnes de 50 m2 avec petite cour, aucun vis à vis.
Composé d'une pièce principale avec canapé lit convertible (neuf et très confortable), TV, et cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée : plaques induction, four micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, frigo, table et 4 chaises, machine à café. Une grande salle de douche avec belle douche à l'italienne et wc. Une chambre avec lit 160 (literie neuve)
Le logement
Un accès à la piscine chauffée commune, au trampoline et à la balançoire ainsi qu'au terrain de pétanque.
Toute la propriété est clôturée et fermée par un portail électrique, toutes les parties sont à votre disposition à l'exception du garage.
Les draps et serviettes sont en supplément, sur demande.
