Notre condo est la destination idéale pour les voyageurs qui recherchent la détente et le confort, ou une aventure familiale amusante. C'est notre deuxiÚme maison, et nous la louons sélectivement à des gens qui la traitent avec soin. Notre condo est entiÚrement meublé avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, tout en offrant de superbes vues directes sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Une escapade relaxante, ses 1400 pieds carrés offre beaucoup d'espace pour votre famille et vos amis. Profitez du lever et du coucher du soleil, ou admirez les étoiles depuis votre propre balcon privé la nuit.

Notre condo est situĂ© dans un quartier calme de Myrtle Beach, mais Ă  distance de marche de grands restaurants, Ă©piceries, magasins, pharmacies, spas, et bien plus encore. La plus grande variĂ©tĂ© de restaurants, boutiques et attractions de Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand sont Ă  quelques minutes en voiture. La meilleure chose est que vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas des belles plages de l'ocĂ©an Atlantique.

Chargé avec le confort et les agréments, cette retraite de vacances est une valeur exceptionnelle. Avec son mobilier flambant neuf, son décor élégant et ses vues sur l'océan, vous vous sentirez comme dans un paradis de vacances. Linge de lit et de bain sont fournis pour votre usage, ou vous pouvez apporter le vÎtre. Il y a des chaises de plage et un parasol.

Great Beach Stay

Our stay was amazing. This was our first time in Myrtle beach and this home really enhanced our stay! It had everything we needed, was clean, and more than anything was a minute walk from the beach.

Awesome stay!

Condo was very spacious & direct line to the beach. 5 minute walk. 3 huge bedrooms and a pullout couch and love seat. Plenty of sleeping options for everyone! TVs in every room as well! Only complaints would be there’s only 1 parking spot but you can park close by on the public street. The AC was 12 degree difference from the back of the condo to the front & dryer needs to be set multiple times to dry. Owner sent out the Maintence guy for the AC right away! She was very attentive to all my concerns and questions. Other than that it was equipped with everything you could need and more!! Would stay here again!

Great/Safe stay for family

This by far is the best condo we have stayed at. Very homey feel, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The condo comes stocked with everything you need. Never a struggle to find parking. The area and complex is very quiet and safe but close enough to all the hussle if thats what you like. The host was exceptional and quick to respond to all my questions. Will definitely book this condo again.

Cousins week

My cousins and I stayed here for a mini reunion. The condo was in a great location with lovely views. There was easy access to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room for us and the beds were very comfortable.

Quiet area, short walk to the beach

The property was just as advertised- clean, easy walk to the beach, views of the water from multiple rooms, balcony, quiet area of town but close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. My husband and I worked throughout the week with no wi-fi issues. Owner is very responsive with every communication. We’d stay again!

Fun with Family

We met extended family at the beach for a fun filled week. We booked this location because we were supposed to have four more family members come but we’re unable to join us due to an illness. We still had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the location is great! Close to everything!

Another great stay!

We had another great stay at this awesome condo! Everything you need is provided, location is great and view is amazing. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Definitely make sure your parking pass is visible at all times. Ours fell off the dash and landed on the floorboard. We were towed at 11:45 our 2nd night, along with several other cars including an owners! Had to pay for an Uber to the towing place and $160 cash for our car. Kind of a nightmare! The only real complaint we had was the cleanliness of the condo. We found old Dunkin drinks, left behind clothes, tampon wrappers and food trash in 2 of the bedrooms. Also old napkins and paper plates on the floor in the living room. The cabinet where the trash can was had old trash all in the back of it. Also, check out was at 10. We loaded the car at 7:00 and went to breakfast. We came back to freshen up before getting on the road and there was already a woman in there cleaning (at 8:15) so we just had to leave. Don’t get me wrong, we LOVE this condo and plan to stay here again but I wanted to be completely honest in my review.

Cozy condo close to the beach

This condo was walking distance from the beach, less than a five minute walk. Since it is an end unit, we were far from the elevator noise and we had ocean views from two bedrooms, the living room and the beautiful balcony. The full kitchen and utensils made it easy to prepare meals. It did get a bit crowded when two or more of us moved around in the smallish space, but we made it work. Did i mention there are three bedrooms? Nowhere else on vrbo did we find a three bedroom, two full bath condo with a view of the beach for this price! Bring your own soap and shampoo, but everything else will be waiting for you in this unit. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book this unit again when we go back to Myrtle Beach.

We had a great experience staying in this condo! We spent a week there within walking distance to the beach and many other places. Great stay!

Our family stayed in this condo this last week and we were very pleased. Everything that you can think of they had available, just in case you forgot something. Pictures of the place are spot on. Clean, beds are super cozy, and everyone has their own space to just chill out. Short walk to beach, pool was nice, and we met some very nice people that lived in those condos. We had a slight problem during our stay but the host was easy to connect with and did whatever they could to find a solution. Some things are out of people control but this host did go the extra mile to make us feel welcomed into their home. Our family of 5, 3 children being 13, 9 and 4 would hands down stay at this place again. Just book it already!!!

Spring Break

Yearly Getaway

This is the 4th year we have rented from the Ochs. But the first time with condo 8H. The balcony view is great! Looking forward to next year.

Why Did We Purchase This Property?
Great question! We've been visiting Myrtle Beach nearly every year since Jeff was a kid—it’s a special place for our family, full of memories and traditions.

Over the years, we’ve stayed in this very complex multiple times and always loved it. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach—so close that our kids can walk back and forth safely on their own. Plus, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, far from the hustle and bustle you'd find at a hotel.

When this particular condo became available, we knew it was meant to be!

When the opportunity to buy a condo—especially this one—came up, we jumped on it! It has the best ocean view in the entire complex, and it immediately gave us that cozy, second home feeling.

You're not staying in a hotel here. No cramped, stuffy hallways. No noise from other travelers. Just peace, comfort, and the sound of the waves.
