This spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic winery. Seven steps lead up to the raised ground floor (positioning you approximately 1.60 meters above street level). Situated on a street running parallel to the Moselle, the apartment is just a two-minute walk from the river's long promenade. Grocery stores, bicycle rental shops, various services, and numerous wine bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

If you are arriving by car, our private guest parking area is available right by the street. Three wall-box charging stations are provided there for guests with electric vehicles. Additional features include a leafy inner courtyard and a separate storage room for bicycles or motorcycles.

Arriving by train is equally convenient, as Traben-Trarbach is connected to the rail network (the station is 800 meters away). The apartment combines the charm of a historic building with modern, comfortable amenities.

The sunny living room faces the street. Adjoining it is a cozy bedroom featuring a large wardrobe. The 10-square-meter bathroom is accessible from the hallway and includes a shower and toilet, as well as two separate sinks, a bathtub, and a washing machine. Another highlight is the fully equipped 19-square-meter eat-in kitchen, which overlooks the green inner courtyard.

Out in the courtyard, you have a choice of seating areas (two dining sets, four deckchairs, and a bistro set)—perfect for relaxing, especially on hot days. Please note that the outdoor area may also be used by guests staying in the attic apartment.

All rooms feature 3.5-meter-high ceilings with indirect lighting, antique real-wood parquet flooring, and original paneled doors. In the interior design, we have combined original finds with high-quality new materials.
